Guests enjoy three bathrooms, each featuring a bathtub and shower for added comfort. The welcoming living room offers a cozy fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure.
With heating and air conditioning, the space stays comfortable year-round.

We were drawn to this area for its natural beauty and relaxed pace. All around you are orange and lemon trees, because the neighborhood is in the heart of citrus groves.
The neighborhood offers a quiet, residential escape without sacrificing convenience. It’s a place where you can hear the birds in the morning and enjoy total privacy, yet you’re only minutes away from golf courses, hiking trails, baseball spring training, major league sports, the convention center, as well as Phoenix and Scottsdale. (without the prices of the big cities).
What we enjoy most is the 'hidden gem' feel. It’s the kind of neighborhood where you can take an evening stroll and truly feel like a local.
The neighborhood offers a quiet, residential escape without sacrificing convenience.
