Super clean and a really fun house. The pool table and movie theater room were a hit, and the pool is the perfect temp during the hot summer. Will definitely be back for our annual trip to Mesa!

My wife and I have stayed at quite a few high-end VRBO properties and we agree that this one is possibly the best value we've found. The property itself is large, great neighborhood and very private. Can't see a sole from the backyard pool area. Fantastic. The house is even better. Great furnishings, nice layout, and completely stocked beyond what you typically get. It did feel "spa like" in the way everything you need is there, new, and clean. The location is the icing on the cake. Near good restaurants, grocery stores, and the highway system when you do need to get around the Phoenix area. Had considered a number of properties in the Fountain Hills area, but so glad we stayed at this property in Mesa. Can't recommend this house more. I'd keep going on, but you get the point, it's a truly great find.

Perfect Vacation Home

We stayed for a week and could not have been happier with this home. We loved the pool, putting green, ping pong and pool table. The theater was very cool and the beds were super comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied. Thanks so much for everything!

Bday getaway

Rented the property for a long weekend to celebrate my son’s 21st birthday who is a student at Grand Canyon University. The place was perfect. So clean and well stocked. Everyone loved the movie room! Will definitely come back during upcoming visits!

Perfect Home for a Large Family Getaway We stayed here for a week with a family of 10, and the home was absolutely perfect in both size and layout. Everything was superbly clean, well-maintained, and clearly well thought out. The theater room, heated pool and hot tub, pool table, and putting green were all highlights and gave everyone something to enjoy every day. The kitchen was well equipped, and the shared spaces made it easy for our family to gather while still having room to spread out. The owner was very responsive, easy to work with, and helpful throughout our stay. This home made our family week in Mesa truly special, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Family get-together

Great place for all of my family to just hang out and reconnect. The pool was a great and we used it everyday. Great location, close to so many things. We never did figure out how the media room tv worked, but that was ok as it made for good family time. Thank you for sharing your ho.e

Great spring break

The property was great. There was plenty of room for our family of adults and kids. The outside space was a hit and the kids were in the pool most of the day. The patio area was comfortable and it was so nice to enjoy the evenings there. Lots of activities for the kids in the garage and around the property. The highlight of the trip was the wonderful scent of the blossoms on the trees and the oranges and grapefruit that we picked and juiced. The place was exactly what we needed for a wonderful warm get away.

Family Gathering

6 adults and 5 kids,ages 17months to 7 years, had our annual gathering. This house had plenty of fun for the kids, even a slide for the baby and scooters for the older kids, and the kitchen was well stocked for large groups. Media room glitch was disappointing and this house was two stories which was a surprise so safety was a concern for the young and old. Otherwise great house.

The host was very responsive. Amenities are extensive, location makes accessing the 202 Freeway a breeze, the area is quiet and the house was perfect for my kids and their sweet little families.
