Space is designed for relaxation/comfort and a peaceful stay with a designed in mind to feel cozy, and home away from home to relax with family or friends.
Property is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood.
Experience Los Angeles like a local central to many attractions (Universal Studios, Magic Mountain, Hollywood, and many more).
This space is a non-smoking and non-vaping no exception a fee will be charge if such products are used.
The space
This attached one bedroom guesthouse is peaceful on a 0.45 acres N. of Los Angeles. Features an amazing pool and Spa with lush gardens in the expansive back yard. Property has a full kitchen, with a private bedroom with king bed that’s comfortable, and a queen sofa bed that’s comfortable for children or adults.
Newly renovated offering a cozy luxurious space and all new furniture. This 750sq ft home is adorable and relaxing, and you will be minutes to restaurants, shops, and bars.
We take pride in providing a product that I would expect when traveling myself. We ensure that our apartment goes through a meticulous cleaning to ensure the health and safety of our guests.
Guest access
As a guest you will enjoy the expansive backyard with a large pool and Jacuzzi. You will have access to enjoy breakfast taking in the morning sun out door by the pool.
Other things to note
The property doesn’t offer parking in the driveway, but plenty of parking of the street in front of the property. You will have the option to pull up to the guesthouse to unload your belongings but will need to move vehicle immediately.
