Air conditioning and ceiling fans throughout help maintain a comfortable indoor environment year-round.

Sleeping arrangements
Five bedrooms provide flexibility for families and groups. One bedroom is located on the first floor with a queen bed. Upstairs, you will find two additional bedrooms with queen beds, one bedroom with two twin beds, and a primary suite with a king bed and private bathroom. Smart TVs and ceiling fans are included in every bedroom.

Bathrooms
The home includes two full bathrooms and one half bath. One full bathroom is part of the primary suite, another is located on the second floor, and the half bath is conveniently on the first floor. Bathroom essentials are provided.

An air-conditioned game room offers a dedicated space for fun, featuring arcade games, a pool table, a game console, and a TV. High-speed WiFi, an Ethernet connection, and a dedicated workspace make it easy to stay connected, whether for entertainment or remote work.

A Few Things To Note To Make Your Vacation More Fun

To make your stay more enjoyable we offer the following paid services. Please note that some services are based on availability. If you are interested in any of these services, please let us know and we will send the details Continental Breakfasts, Early Check In, Late Check Out, House Cleaning during your stay, Pet Fees, Pool Heat, Welcome Celebration Packages, Welcome Breakfast Packages, Grocery Packages, Customize Packages by Requests.

There is an additional fee of $44 per night to heat the pool. Or $440 per month for longer stays. If you decide to pay for pool heat it must be for the entire stay.

There is a outdoor kitchen with a BBQ grill that is propane. We ask that you do not use this grill unless you have experience. Owner take no responsibility for in accurate use.

There will be a $500 charge if the smell of smoke or evidence of smoke is in the villa upon check out including E-cigarettes. Absolutely no smoking allowed in this pool villa. Smoking can be done anywhere outside as long as all exterior doors are closed.

Additionally cleaning fees apply if the villa is left excessively dirty or with excessive garbage.

We provide a starter kit of toiletries to help you get your vacation to a great start. Our starter kit includes garbage bag, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, soap, coffee, keurig pods, etc. We have a complimentary propane gas grill

Guest Count & Additional Fees:

Please note that additional fees will apply for groups with more than 8 people. The total guest count includes all individuals aged 18 and older who are present at the property, regardless of whether they are staying overnight or not. The fee is $39 per day per guest once the guest count goes over 8 guests.

During your stay

We provide a BBQ grill for your convenience at no charge. We ask that you purchase your propane tank refill. If you are using the grill please be sure to fill the tank. If the tank is full when you arrive please refill after using. Propane tank refills are available at Lowes or Walmart which is a 5 to 10 minutes drive from the home.

We ask that you clean the barbecue grill after each use. An additional cleaning fee of $50 will be charged if the grill is returned to us uncleaned. Charcoals should NOT be used on the gas propane grill. Please follow all guidelines in using a propane gas grill. Homeowner does not take any responsibility if the propane gas grill is used incorrectly. Each guest will use the grill at their own risk. We recommend that you do not use the propane gas grill if you have no experience in using one.

There are two locked owner's closet located in the kitchen . This is used to store owner's items. Guests as no access to these closets . There is however lots of closets and storage in the home.

This home has one Ring door camera at the front door. These cameras are installed for the safety of both guests and property and are actively recording. None of the cameras face the interior of the home in any way. Any tampering with the camera, including but not limited to covering or otherwise disabling it, is grounds for early termination of the reservation with no refunds whatsoever.

Pets Restrictions

We allow pets up to 50 pounds either dog or cat, subject to the home owners approval. We will need vacine status and you will need to read and accept our pet policies.. Pets are not allowed in the beds or on couches or chairs unless you bring your own blankets and sheets to spread over these items before the pet goes on them. There is pet deposit of $200 plus $39 per day per pet. Limit 2 pets per household. Pets should not be left alone in the home unless in a crate. Fees may apply if there is excessive shedding or anything chewed or destroyed by your pet.


We will need a copy of the drivers license of the person making the reservation before check in to satisfy our HOA requirements and a list of all guest over the age of 18 years old.

We provide complimentary wifi. There are times when the wifi will go down due to no fault of our own. This can be due to the service provider having interruption in their services or due to the weather among other things totally out of our control.
