Welcome to this luxury Residential Complex in the Norh of Mérida. Via Montejo includes the new US Consulate, The Harbor Shopping Mall and some residential and corporate towers . Via Montejo's location offers immediate access to the Periferico, the belt highway of Mérida, as well as to the highway to the Blue Flag beaches of Progreso, or the main avenue to the Historic Centre of Mérida. Driving to the beach takes about 20 minutes, driving to the Centro takes about 10 minutes and walking to The Harbor Shopping Mall, one of the largest malls in Mérida takes about 4 minutes.
The condo 902 is located on the 9th floor of the Torre Océana and it is overviewing the lush Tropical Central Park and the semi-Olympic swimming pool.
It has been furnished and decorated with selected natural colours, that are comfortable and relaxing, offering a home feeling.
The condo has a master bedroom with a double bed, a walk-in closet towards the en-suite bathroom, and views over the Central Park, the lung of this magnificent arquitectonic project. The 2nd bedroom has Twin beds and an en-suite bathroom.
There is also a half bathroom and high speed internet with +100Mbps.
There are 2 assigned parking spot in the Torre Océana Parkhouse - Estacionamiento.
The check-in process for this property is self check-in, which means you can access the unit independently by following the instructions provided after the reservation is confirmed-
