Policies:
1. Check-in is 4pm | Check-out is 10am.
2. No Smoking in home or on balcony.
3. Two Dogs welcome, $150 non-refundable fee/per animal; pre-registration is required.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.

Perfect for me. Pet friendly, cute house, nice big yard with a boat dock. Bring your fishing poles, I saw lots of fish jumping around not far from the dock. Plenty of parking and space to park your boat when not in the water. Walk-in showers (no tub, if that matters to you). Lots of drawers in the bedrooms (no hangers so bring them if you need them). Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, silverware and cooking equipment. Nice vanity space in the bathrooms. Plenty of bath towels, etc. but only a few kitchen towels so you might need to bring a couple. There is a washer and dryer. The TVs use streaming devices so bring your username and passwords to access Amazon prime, Peacock, etc…. FYI, REMEMBER TO LOG OUT WHEN YOU LEAVE. Right down the road from Walmart. I needed to contact maintenance and they had someone there within 90 minutes. They were professional and fixed the problem right away. 10/10 for me
