Welcome to Topflite 16, a stunning Sunriver retreat nestled in the heart of Central Oregon's natural beauty. This spacious 1,966 sq. ft. home features a thoughtfully designed open floor plan, perfect for both relaxation and entertainment. With four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps up to nine guests.

Step inside to find a cozy living room with a gas fireplace, ideal for chilly evenings. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including a gas range, oven, and dishwasher, making meal prep a breeze. Take your meals in the adjacent dining room or enjoy casual meals on the deck, complete with an outdoor gas grill.

The primary king bedroom offers a serene retreat with a walk-in shower and ample closet space. Two additional queen bedrooms offer comfort and style, while the bunk bedroom is ideal for families or guests seeking a bit of adventure. All three full bathrooms are well-appointed, with two featuring walk-in showers and one offering a shower over tub. All bedrooms feature Smart TVs for streaming your favorite movies and shows.

Topflite 16 also offers heated flooring, disc golf discs and basket, foosball, ping pong, a dart board, bikes, pickleball paddles, tennis rackets, basketball hoop, golf clubs and caddies, a sled and a tube, plus thoughtful extras like bedside lamps with USB ports and a dedicated work station with monitor, printer and scanner.

My family of 6 had a wonderful time! The layout of the home is perfect. The home provided for all of our necessities in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. The playroom provided our kids (and us) with plenty of fun including bikes! Having a TV in each room allowed everyone to watch what they wanted to watch. The proximity of this home to anything you would want to do is amazing! We had a great time sledding at a close Sno-Park, then after headed to the Old Francis Theatre in Bend and had a blast. The hot tub at the home afterwards was just the cherry on top for our trip. Sunriver also has so much to offer! We will definitely be back!
