Washer and dryer, private pool, sauna & cold plunge, & free WIFI for your use. Private parking with 2 spaces in the rear of the home. Additional free on-street parking is available.

Located on E Kingston Rd., this home is close to the action but far enough away from it for some relaxation.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was absolutely adorable and perfect for our family. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to both the beach and the town square, making everything so convenient. Having a pool was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed all the extras, having a pool in the backyard, cold plunge, and sauna, were all utilized. Worried about 2 year old and stairs and the railings with horizontal slats were helpful for him to have his own railing. Provided a gate to help block stairs too. Nice to have a pack and play to use too. Bunk room even though you had to go through a room to get to it, was nice and cold! The fire pit table was great for s’mores night! Dining, kitchen and living made it helpful to be all in one space. Screened in porch was a nice addition too! Available beach chairs, wagon, umbrella, and bikes topped the beach visits and made it a breeze. Thank you Salt and Light!

I chose this neighborhood because it’s one of those rare beach communities that really does have it all. You’re in the heart of Florida’s 30A, in a true luxury market where families and couples come back year after year for the same stretch of sand.

The area is beautifully kept, walkable, and feels safe and relaxed, with cobblestone streets, boutique shops, and great restaurants just a short walk or bike ride away. We moved our family down here to be close to these projects because this isn’t just an investment market to us, it’s a place we genuinely love spending time. If you’re looking for an upscale beach neighborhood where everything feels easy once you park the car, this is it.
