Located in Rosemary Beach! Large 4 bed, 3.5 bath home, close to everything with a heated pool & two master suites. Sleeps 10. New paint, all new mattresses, linens, and furniture. Washer and dryer, private pool, sauna & cold plunge, & free WIFI for your use. Private parking with 2 spaces in the rear of the home. Additional free on-street parking is available.

Located on E Kingston Rd., this home is close to the action but far enough away from it for some relaxation.

I chose this neighborhood because it’s one of those rare beach communities that really does have it all. You’re in the heart of Florida’s 30A, in a true luxury market where families and couples come back year after year for the same stretch of sand.

The area is beautifully kept, walkable, and feels safe and relaxed, with cobblestone streets, boutique shops, and great restaurants just a short walk or bike ride away. We moved our family down here to be close to these projects because this isn’t just an investment market to us, it’s a place we genuinely love spending time. If you’re looking for an upscale beach neighborhood where everything feels easy once you park the car, this is it.

The pool can be heated November through March for $400.00 per week and April, May and October for $250.00 per week, paid separately. Contact us after booking. We only offer exceptions to our cancellation policy for a mandatory evacuation of the area due to a tropical storm or hurricane. If you would like protection in case something else arises that may cause a change to your travel plans, we recommend you purchase independent travel insurance
