Welcome to our little corner of Gulf Shores — a fully renovated 2BR/2BA condo just steps from the Gulf, with free parking and two pools (including a rare adults-only pool you won't find at most places around here).

We're David and Claire, and we manage this place ourselves — no management company, no call center. When you message us, you're talking to the people who picked out every tile, stocked every drawer, and actually care that your vacation goes well. Our guests notice the difference, and we think you will too.

The Space
Lani Kai 218 is a second-floor condo we completely gutted and renovated — new everything. Modern kitchen with full-size appliances, quartz countertops, and all the cooking basics you'd want (we're talking spices, oil, coffee, filters — not just a pan and a prayer). Comfortable king bed in the master, queen in the second bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living area. Sleeps 6 comfortably.

In-unit washer and dryer, so you can pack light and still leave with clean clothes. Smart TV with streaming. WiFi that actually works. Quality towels and linens — enough that you won't be rationing them.

We keep the place stocked the way we'd want it if we were staying here ourselves: dish soap, laundry pods, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash. You shouldn't have to make a grocery run for basics on your first night of vacation.

Location & Beach Access
The Gulf is right across the street — a 2-minute walk, not a shuttle ride or a trek through a parking garage. We provide a beach wagon so you can load up your chairs, cooler, and all the kid stuff without making three trips.

The Hangout is half a mile down the road (about a 10-minute walk or a 2-minute drive). Bahama Bob's, local restaurants, and shops are all close. You can easily do a car-free day if you want to — but when you do need your car, your parking spot is free and waiting. No $20/day parking fees like some of the bigger complexes charge.

The Pools
We have two pools on-site, and this is honestly one of our favorite things about the property: there's a family pool and a separate adults-only pool. The adult pool is genuinely rare for a 2-bedroom condo in Gulf Shores — most places around here have one pool and it's full of cannonballs by 10 AM. If you're a couple looking for a quiet swim, or parents who want to sneak away for 30 peaceful minutes after the kids crash, you'll appreciate it.

The Building
Lani Kai is a smaller, quieter complex — no 20-story tower, no elevator waits, no long hallways. We're on the second floor, so it's a quick walk up and you're home. The complex is also undergoing its own renovation, so the common areas and grounds are getting better all the time.

The Area
Gulf Shores is one of those places that surprises people. White sand, warm turquoise water, and a laid-back town that hasn't been overrun by high-rises (yet). The Hangout has live music and good food, Gulf State Park is beautiful for biking and hiking, and Orange Beach is 15 minutes away with The Wharf, dolphin cruises, and deep-sea fishing charters.

Spring and fall are our favorite times — warm enough for the beach, fewer crowds, and rates you won't believe. Summer is peak season with lively energy and long beach days. Even winter has its charm for snowbirds and quiet getaways.
