The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please don't forget to leave the magnetic card in the card holder next to the door entry when you leave. If you lose the card, a $75 USD fee is charged by HOA to replace it and you will be charged.
Please make sure you leave the premises not later than 10 a.m.. The cleaning team arrives at 10 a.m. sharp sometimes and they need full and exclusive access.
• The dishwasher must be emptied or started so that the dishes get cleaned. • Do not leave dishes on counters, and empty the fridge. • Leave the sheets on each bed; towels and dishcloths in the bath.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
• No smoking inside the condo. Please dispose of your cigarette butts if you smoke outside otherwise you may be charged a fee.
• The tenant undertakes to notify the landlord as soon as he becomes aware of a defect and/or breakage of equipment or furniture in the condo.
Number of guests indicated must be respected. Additional guests will incur additional fees and must be reported and requested. This is verified.
