This spacious 3-bedroom plus loft Clearbrook condo offers a comfortable mountain retreat for families and groups. The upstairs primary suite features a king bed and private en-suite bath, while the open loft includes a pull-out couch for additional sleeping space. Downstairs are two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and one with four twin beds—sharing a full bathroom.

The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living area, in-unit washer and dryer, and a back deck with mountain views—perfect for relaxing after a day outdoors. Guests enjoy access to the Village of Loon indoor pool and spa, along with a convenient ski shuttle to Loon Mountain. Ideally located near skiing, hiking, and the restaurants and attractions of Lincoln.
