What we appreciated most about this property was the prompt and immediate communication with the owner throughout this process and even during our stay. There was shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap and laundry detergent available in all bathrooms/laundry room and kitchen, which was a nice touch. The master suite and bathroom was very comfortable, a guest room upstairs with a connected bathroom and a joining bathroom between two other bedrooms. The home was very comfortable to stay in during our work trip to Colorado with adequate privacy for males and females.

Nice house with 4 bedrooms/beds to fit a large extended family. We had family graduating from high school in Brighton, so it was perfectly located for it. Also a good location for day trips into the nearby mountains. Property was easy to find in a nice neighborhood and quite. Took the 3 kids (ages 3, 6 and 8) to the nearby park - was walkable. Water pressure was good in the showers. Was nice having laundry available on site if needed as well. Kitchen was was stocked with simple cooking utensils. Would have been nice to have a crockpot to use while we were out on our day trips. Grocery store is nearby. Only downfall was one of the rooms smelled slightly 'sour'? We informed them and said they should maybe have the carpets cleaned, so hopefully that happens.
