Clean & Ready

Every stay begins with a thorough professional cleaning to ensure the home is fresh and ready for your arrival.

No Pets

Pets are not permitted on the property. If a pet is brought onto the property, the reservation may be canceled without refund.

No Smoking or Vaping

Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property, including inside the home, all decks, and the screened-in porch.
Any evidence of smoking or vaping will result in an additional cleaning fee plus a $500 fine and may lead to immediate termination of the stay without refund.

No Parties or Events

Parties, events, or gatherings beyond the registered guests are not permitted. This home is intended for quiet, respectful stays only.

Noise Monitoring

The property is equipped with a noise monitoring device that measures sound levels only and does not record audio or conversations.
Repeated or excessive noise may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

Security Cameras

Exterior security cameras are in use at the front door and backyard.
There are no cameras inside the home. Tampering with or disabling cameras is prohibited and may result in immediate cancellation without refund.

Guest Verification & Registration

For the safety and security of our home, the following information is required:
• Government-issued photo ID for all adult guests
• Full names and ages of all minors

This information is used solely for verification purposes and is not shared or retained beyond the reservation.
Failure to provide required information may result in cancellation without refund.

Age Requirement

The primary booking guest must be 25 years of age or older.

Occupancy Limits
• Best suited for up to 6 adult guests (3 adult couples)
• Maximum occupancy: 8 guests total, including children
• Additional guest fee: minimum of $75 per guest, per night for each guest over 6
• All guests must be registered on the reservation

Exceeding occupancy limits, bringing unregistered guests, or refusal to pay applicable guest fees will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund.

• Vehicle information is required for all vehicles on the property, including make, model, and license plate number, and must be provided at least 48 hours prior to arrival

• Quiet hours are 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No eating or drinking in bedrooms
• No feeding wildlife or leaving trash outside
• Please treat our home and neighbors with respect at all times
