Tu l'as trouvĂ©. Vous allez adorer ce condominium de deux Ă©tages et deux chambres situĂ© sur Park Avenue. Cette unitĂ© est Ă©quipĂ©e d'une cheminĂ©e et d'une nouvelle tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat de 65 pouces et d'un lecteur DVD / Blu-ray dans le salon. Il y a aussi la tĂ©lĂ©vision par cĂąble Ă  l'Ă©tage dans la chambre. 5 couchages, un lit queen dans la chambre principale, deux (2) lits simples et un lit pliant Ă  l'Ă©tage. La cuisine est Ă©quipĂ©e de casseroles, poĂȘles, cafetiĂšre, mixeur, grille-pain, micro-ondes, etc. -comme Ă  la maison. Traversez la rue et descendez les escaliers et vous ĂȘtes «claqué» au milieu de la rue Main. Frottez les coudes avec les cĂ©lĂ©britĂ©s pendant le festival du film de Sundance ou prenez la navette de deux minutes pour les remontĂ©es mĂ©caniques de Park City sur la rue Main. Si vous ne skiez pas, profitez de la vue sur les montagnes et la vieille ville depuis la petite terrasse ou profitez de la vue depuis le bain Ă  remous. En Ă©tĂ©, vĂ©lo, jogging, marche, randonnĂ©es dans la nature, navigation de plaisance, golf - le tout Ă  une courte distance. Aucun moyen de trouver un emplacement plus pratique et «convivial» - ce condo et cet emplacement ont tout.

Perfect Location

This was the perfect location for our stay. It was an easy walk to all the downtown amenities but far enough away to not have any of the noise. The property was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. The host was very responsive and accommodating. Couldn't have asked for a better place!

Great stay at Cozy Haven Condo

Great location / beautifully decorated!! Very easy process for arrival and departure. No multiple emails/msgs needed after the 1st email arrives with info for the condo. Simple instructions, nothing complicated about it. All amenities worked and everything you need in the kitchen is provided. Nice shower - heated bathroom floor definitely a nice touch! Wifi worked great - no issues. Bedroom upstairs was great to have with the additional 2 beds (Queen & Single) and bathroom. Parking was simple and very convenient...right at the bottom of the steps to the condo. Highly recommend the Cozy Haven condo. We'll definitely be back.

Location is great-- just a 3 minute walk to Main Street, which was probably the best thing about it. It was clean and cozy, but the shower pressure was lacking and difficult to adjust to the right temperature. There was no kleenex and no paper towels in the paper towel holder in the kitchen, the cable box remote was missing batteries so we couldn't watch TV, and one of the outlets next to the bed in the master bedroom was loose and would not hold any plugs in. We didn't have a long stay which made these little nuances ok to deal with but if we had stayed longer, I could see them being an inconvenience.

Amazing Stay!!

Joshua was so accommodating! He made the process easy for checking in and checking out. The stay was cozy and cute. Loved waking up to the beautiful mountains. The location was amazing! Just a three-minute walk from Main Street Park City. I highly recommend staying here. I will most definitely be visiting here again.

Excellent stay!

We stayed at 245 Park and had a great experience. The condo is really well appointed and the location can’t be beat! The host even left some waters and snacks out for us which was super nice. Love the furnishings and the decor. Beds very comfortable too! Communication with Joshua was efficient and prompt. Will def stay again!

Cozy loft in a can’t-beat location

The check-in process was easy, the homeowner was quick to respond, and the place was flawless. The place was a stone’s throw from Main Street proper. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely wonderful

My wife and I, our 1 year old daughter, our dog and my mother in law stayed at the condo - it is lovely. Very well thought out for guests, this place has everything you need. Extremely clean, well layer out, super stylish, it even has a pack-n-play for the little ones. The location is PERFECT, right at the top of the hill on Park Ave. Walk 1 block to Main street, eat drink and shop your way down the hill, take the free trolley back
 really perfect. We will definitely stay at this property again. Joshua the host was very communicative and accommodating. 5-star experience across the board.

Classy bungalow prominently overlooking Park City

This was a wonderfully renovated and clean place with delightful decor. The outdoor hot tub environment was attractive and well taken care of. The interior experience was the right mix of unique and feature-complete. Everything you need is here. And all of your Park City experiences are literally right outside your door at walking distance.

Park City Perfect

Just leaving after staying one week in “bark city”. It was my son and myself and our bulldog. The condo was the perfect “cozy” size, recently updated and one block away from Main Street. The street was very quiet and the owners very helpful with check in instructions. The TVs streamed Amazon and Netflix and the wifi worked great.

Unprofessional and no refund for canceling

I am very disappointed how the owner and VRBO handled my 2days earlier check out because of closing down (corona Virus) they didn't refund me for this 2 days. I will never use this company again.

Overall a great place to stay

Location was very good. You'll get lots of exercise walking the steps to Main St. but the property was perfect for us 3 guys. Hot tub was right next door. The loft steps are steep but manageable. Place was clean and all services worked well: heat, kitchen, shower. There's also a huge selection of movies as well. Also liked that additional towels were provided for the hot tub. I rocked that Dora towel back from the hot tub. Ample space for ski/boards and gear.
