My husband and I are avid outdoor enthusiasts with two active children, which is why Park City is our absolute favorite place to be in the world! We initially purchased our condo in Park Station because we LOVE skiing, snowshoeing & hiking in the winter! But we soon realized that mountain biking, hiking, and just exploring Main Street & the area in the spring, summer & fall are just as fun and exciting! Some of our favorite things to do are go to the Park Silly Farmer's Market on Sundays in the summer, as well as all the festivals & free concerts at the resorts, or to walk to the City Park next door to play tennis, basketball or just run around with our kids (who have enjoyed trying to skate or scooter at the adjacent skate park). And since we are all foodies, we appreciate the abundance of truly amazing restaurants all within walking distance of our condo! Even though we live locally in Salt Lake City, whenever we come up to our condo we feel like we're on vacation because it instantly transports you to an idyllic mountain resort town that is charming, unique, alive & always beautiful!

We love Park Station because it truly has the BEST location in Old Town Park City! Located right at the bast of Main Street, it is just steps away from all the action of the shops, galleries, restaurants, entertainment and night life! Yet the condo complex remains quiet, cozy and private like a mountain retreat should be! It has the largest outdoor heated pool & hot tubs in Old Town, and the entire family enjoys nightly swims & soaks after an active day on the mountain! We also enjoy having BBQ's outside using the grill and eating al fresco at the tables on the courtyard while the kids throw a football around or run back & forth between the pool. It is great for both families with children or an adult adventure get-away weekend trip! Great amenities, superior service, amazing views and LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!

What makes this condo unique

Park Station is located right on the FREE Park City Public Bus Stop, which will take you everywhere you need to go in Park City without having to rent a car. But if you do decide to bring a car, we also offer FREE parking in our lot, which on Main Street is worth it's weight in gold!

Station unit #138). We really enjoyed it. It was lovely, furnished with

an unusual degree of thought and consideration, and ideally located. It

was also important for another, unexpected reason: my wife of 33 years was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer. A life time non-smoker and dedicated fitness buff, she was unable to travel, but I spent much time in the condo talking to our youngest son, who is a student at Stanford, coincidentally in cell biology. It as an ideal place to have the sort of discussion this type of emergency requires, and also gave us time together to get away from it for a few hours skiing. So, thanks for a great place. I won't forget it, will return if the situation allows it, and will

certainly recommend it to our friends.

Month long family and area visit.

The condo was clean, well stocked and in a great location. Just what we hoped for.

We don't think the owner knew the condo upstairs was renovating at the time of renting to us. We couldn't use the balcony it was too noisy.

We also hope she didn't know they were also going to demo the front lobby including jack hammering up the entry tile, knocking out all the walls and closing the entrance during the day. Then they dug up the side under the master bedroom with small skip loader and trencher. Of course this was during the day also. Finally they brought in a crew to paint the buildings. There were people everywhere, just easier to leave. The morning we left they were painting the front entry way and we had to use the rear loading due to all drop cloths.

The property was posted that vendors and contractors were not to use the parking spaces. But the demo of the condo and then the lobby both needed a trailer parked in the loading area. We had to make it a point to come back after work time so we could park. It will probably be a much nicer property by this winter when all the work is done, we only wish we were warned ahead. Too bad!

These are all things I can control and take great pride in advertising to our potential guests! But I am truly sorry that your overall experience was what determined your 3 star review, in that the timing of your stay with us coincided with some contruction, both in the condo above ours and in our main lobby area. You are right in that I had no idea that the condo above ours was undergoing renovations during the time of your stay, as each unit is privately owned and owners often choose to remodel during the off-season or summer, when you happened to be staying with us. And I also was unaware that our front lobby was going to start being remodeled during the middle of your stay with us, but again as it was the off-season they made the decisions to start construction during this time. But please rest assured that these are two rare and aberrant situations that were both unfortunatly out of my control. Again, I offer my sincere apologies that the timing of your stay with us coincided with these unforeseen remodels, but I hope it doesn't detract from your willingness to stay with us again in the future, as we welcome you back for a quieter return visit anytime! Unparalleled to any others

I cannot in a few words describe the wonderful experience my family and I had at this outstanding condo in Park City. I have never experienced a better equipped and supplied condo as this one . Everything was supplied and more info than we needed. I have stayed in quite a few condos including one in Park City but this one excelled. Walking distance to town, the lift and great restaurants . This one will bring you back!
