About Jane Kim

My husband and I are avid outdoor enthusiasts with two active children, which is why Park City is our absolute favorite place to be in the world! We initially purchased our condo in Park Station because we LOVE skiing, snowshoeing & hiking in the winter! But we soon realized that mountain biking, hiking, and just exploring Main Street & the area in the spring, summer & fall are just as fun and exciting! Some of our favorite things to do are go to the Park Silly Farmer's Market on Sundays in the summer, as well as all the festivals & free concerts at the resorts, or to walk to the City Park next door to play tennis, basketball or just run around with our kids (who have enjoyed trying to skate or scooter at the adjacent skate park). And since we are all foodies, we appreciate the abundance of truly amazing restaurants all within walking distance of our condo! Even though we live locally in Salt Lake City, whenever we come up to our condo we feel like we're on vacation because it instantly transports you to an idyllic mountain resort town that is charming, unique, alive & always beautiful!

We love Park Station because it truly has the BEST location in Old Town Park City! Located right at the bast of Main Street, it is just steps away from all the action of the shops, galleries, restaurants, entertainment and night life! Yet the condo complex remains quiet, cozy and private like a mountain retreat should be! It has the largest outdoor heated pool & hot tubs in Old Town, and the entire family enjoys nightly swims & soaks after an active day on the mountain! We also enjoy having BBQ's outside using the grill and eating al fresco at the tables on the courtyard while the kids throw a football around or run back & forth between the pool. It is great for both families with children or an adult adventure get-away weekend trip! Great amenities, superior service, amazing views and LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION!

What makes this condo unique

Park Station is located right on the FREE Park City Public Bus Stop, which will take you everywhere you need to go in Park City without having to rent a car. But if you do decide to bring a car, we also offer FREE parking in our lot, which on Main Street is worth it's weight in gold!

Thanks for letting us stay in your Park City condo (Park

Station unit #138). We really enjoyed it. It was lovely, furnished with

an unusual degree of thought and consideration, and ideally located. It

was also important for another, unexpected reason: my wife of 33 years was recently diagnosed with Stage 4 lung cancer. A life time non-smoker and dedicated fitness buff, she was unable to travel, but I spent much time in the condo talking to our youngest son, who is a student at Stanford, coincidentally in cell biology. It as an ideal place to have the sort of discussion this type of emergency requires, and also gave us time together to get away from it for a few hours skiing. So, thanks for a great place. I won't forget it, will return if the situation allows it, and will

certainly recommend it to our friends.

Perfect location with lots of space and amenities

This is the second time we have stayed in one of the condos at Park Station and I would pick this location every time. The condo is an easy walk to the town lift if you are a skier, and close to all the great shopping and restaurants in downtown Park City, which eliminates the need to drive or be bothered with parking. This particular condo is nicely decorated, comfortable for relaxing and hanging out, and has everything you need for 4+ people. The entryway storage area for skis and boots was a nice touch. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed for some basic cooking. Checking in and out is very simple and easy. We will be back.

Loved the location.

Location to park city was great. Proximity to skiing was also a plus. The unit was spacious and well equipped. The owner was easy to communicate with and left easy to follow instruction once we got to the condo. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Condo - perfect location

Your condo was amazing. It gave us plenty of space for Tom and I and our two grown daughters our son-in-law and our grandson. The condo is in a wonderful location, so close to the town lift. And when we were not skiing we had so much fun on Main Street, with all the shops and art galleries and restaurants. We hardly needed to use our car. It was a perfect place to celebrate Tom's 60th birthday. We had great snow and had such a great time. We created memories that will last a lifetime at Park City. Thank you for letting us rent you beautiful condo.

Cozy condo close to Main Street

The set up was perfect for a group of girl's weekend away. Kitchen is lovely, and the fireplace (and starter logs!) was perfect for a weekend that ended up being the first snowfall of the season! So close to main street, it can't get much better. 4 stars rather than 5 because the hallways to the actual condo unit are kind of dark and outdated--we were a little wary until we opened the door to the unit!

Great location, great space, great host!

Jane was an excellent host and a very clear communicator. Everything in the unit was very clean and high quality. The location in downtown Park City is hard to beat and is a very short walk to the town lift.
