Step outside to enjoy a private backyard retreat complete with a gas grill, outdoor shower, and plenty of space for barbecues or post-beach relaxation... beach badges shall be included!

Whether you're strolling to downtown shops and restaurants, lounging in the yard, or soaking up the sun at the nearby beaches, this home offers the perfect balance of location, comfort, and coastal charm.

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supercedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
