Perfect location, on a leafy street, in Kensington with great transport links to all London attractions. This spacious, uniquely designed one bedroom balcony flat, is perfect for a weekend getaway, business trip, or cozy home base while you explore London on an extended vacation.

A stylish and spacious one bedroom home with exceptionally high ceilings, balcony and grand bay window, located on the upper ground floor..

Decorated with farrow & ball, the home boasts charm. The bedroom has a UK Super King size bed with a comfortable 1000 spring mattress and foam topper, and plenty of cupboard space. Moving to the living room, there is an original Chesterfield UK King size sofa-bed and two additional leather sofas with a large footrest.

The home has a fully equipped and self-contained kitchen with oven, microwave, toaster, washer-dryer machine and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower & bathtub with great water pressure. There is a Smart TV equipped with apps like Netflix, ready for you to login into.

The balcony has views of the rear garden and enjoys morning to early afternoon sunlight. Squirrels & birds visit daily, bringing warmth and animation.

A charming and unique find in London.

The large living room with high ceilings has a Chesterfield sofa bed available only on advance request for an additional fee of GBP53. We also offer a child travel cot, to be booked in advance.

We do have a travel cot, simple baby bath, high chair and other baby items available on advance request - please note they may be reserved by other guests so book well in advance.

There is a portable Air conditioning unit, using ice packs from the freezer (not US integrated Air con).

Turn off the lights and return the keys
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Hosting parties are not permitted with any and all damages to be paid for. No smoking please, except in garden with terrace doors closed.
Remove shoes in the entrance corridor, can store in shoe bench. Do not wipe make-up off on towels, use tissues. All ruined towels will be charged.
Smoking ok in the balcony - make sure to dispose of ash and cigarette butts and ash considerately and close terrace doors, so smoke doesn't go inside

Excellent stay in Kensington! The host was very welcoming, the suite was well maintained with amenities in great condition, and the location is central and very convenient. Holland Park, Hyde Park, and High Street Kensington are all nearby, which is a big plus. Excellent value for the cost and great for students too. Highly recommended.

Excellent stay! Will be coming back!The home is very spacious and grand.The host was perfect and checkin-out smooth.I loved the huge bed, which you don't often find in the UK - I had a great nights sleep. The location is top and central. The home has all the amenities including a coffee machine, which was perfect to enjoy on the balcony in some morning sun.Absolutely perfect!
