Great stay! The place was clean and comfortable, check-in and parking were easy, and the host was quick to respond whenever we had questions. Perfect base for a day at the Herkimer Diamond Mines. Would happily stay again.

House was clean and close to facility we had a lacrosse event at all weekend Excellent communication with the host leading up our weekend stay & throughout weekendOlder style home but reminded me of being at my Papa’s home on the East CoastWe would rent this location again, if attending another lacrosse event in Utica

Not up to verbo standards. Uncomfortable beat up furniture. No chairs on living room. No dressers in2 bedrooms. Old Uncomfortable mattress. Pull strings to turn on lights. No lamps. 1 roll of toilet paper.only 2 shabby towels. 2 broken storm windows. 1 can of stale coffee. Shower curtain stapled over bathroom window

Host started out great very good communication. Then when we arrived at the place it was nothing like the shown pictures. All the furniture is beat down and the mattresses are old. Rat dropping on the floor and old crumbs, hair, possibly even bed bug poop all over the place. There was black mold hiding in corners and on the ceiling. The shower was filthy and there was dirty used toilet paper behind the toilet. Didn’t stay here obviously and demanded my money back because naturally that’s what I would do in this situation. I was told after much much arguing with the host that I can’t get my 700 back because it would “upset his investors’ meanwhile I had to dig into my savings to find a new place because of their shortcomings. Don’t stay here. Not worth the hassle with this guy. It is NOT clean
