Entire downstairs apartment in a quiet neighborhood close to exit 30 off I-90 and a short drive to Utica, Cooperstown, Herkimer Diamond Mines, or the Adirondack park.

Shared driveway with parking for two vehicles in-line, on street parking is also available from 4/1 - 11/1. Front & back door private entrances. 2 bedrooms, 1 Bath, 1 pull out sofa, 1 pull out twin size bed/chair, 1 futon, 1 queen size air mattress. Large kitchen/dining area. Free high speed WiFi internet.

Note: There is a tenant in the upstairs apartment

Very easy to find. Excellent location, nice neighborhood. Very clean and roomy.Perfect for what we needed for the night on the road.The property description is clear about a permanent tenant upstairs, so the noise late at night wasn't a shock.

Spent the day exploring Cooperstown, and this place fit the experience perfectly. It has a great old-school feel that adds to the charm of the area. If my family and I are ever back this way, we’d absolutely stay here again. It was clean, very spacious, reasonably priced, and had that classic, comfortable atmosphere you just don’t find everywhere anymore. Highly recommend!

We booked this property on our way to Toronto, and it was perfect for a short stay. The property was clean and spacious for our family. The best touch is that the host left a lot of ice cold bottled water in the fridge for us. In a hot summer like this, this was greatly appreciated. I would stay here again.

Property was nice enough, we just had a quick overnight stay. I reached out to owner about early check in, never got a response. Apartment was clean, but like others have mentioned, could use a good deep clean. Kitchen was stocked better than any other place I've seen, we didn't have a need for it, but it had everything and more. Overall, good stay.

The apartment was very roomy and stocked with all household and kitchen essentials, including coffee! The neighborhood was quiet and close to Cooperstown and Utica. Jacob was very accommodating and responsive to my communication. The apartment was appropriate for people who like to travel with their dogs, rather than leaving them behind. Thank you, Jacob!

This place was in a quiet location and easy to get to. It was great for our family size with plenty of room. We liked staying together instead of in a hotel setting for our quick overnight stay. We had a nice visit & would recommend this place!

I’m a bit in the fence about this rental. The apartment was large, in a quiet neighborhood, easy to find and generally clean. But as some of the past reviews have stated, the apartment is in need of a deep clean. The bathroom fixtures were very clean but the walls were rather gross. They were dirty near the sink and mirror plus paint had chipped off in some areas including on the door. The bathroom ceiling was old and in need of repair. In the living room, the large blue chair needs to be thrown away. One look at the cushion and you know this thing is ready for the dump. The couch has an area where you sink in, too. The windows badly need to be cleaned. Some TLC could do wonders for this place!

The property was easy to find and easy to check in and check out. Very clean, quiet neighborhood. We heard the upstairs tenants but they were quiet, no loud tv or talking noises, just moving around. Great block to walk the dog. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect for quick trip

In town visiting family this was the perfect spot to rest for the night. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was clean. Would stay here again next time were in town.

Very clean, perfectly adequate for our needs while attending a workshop. Well stocked kitchen that had everything we needed. I especially appreciate that this rental was dog friendly. Got our check in info a touch late (after we arrived) but that was easily remedied once I messaged the host in the app. I would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect place for an overnight with my 2 boys (10 and 13). Quiet and clean. We came to town to try our luck at the diamond mine and scored a few nice gems! We ate at a local pizza place, explored the cemetery for a geocache, played some mini golf and enjoyed some delicious ice cream at Mr. Shake. We had a great little trip!
