✨Step Inside ~
FIRST FLOOR: Step right up to the front patio and take in the ocean air. You've arrived!
- As you enter, you'll find 3 king bedrooms on the entry level, 2 with ensuite bathrooms.
- The highlight of the space is the living area with a large, oversized sectional and a TV. This is situated right off the pool deck, making it easy to gather everyone for indoor/outdoor living.
- The pool lounge features a fence for privacy, a grill, and your own private pool with loungers.
- Bonus - there is an additional refrigerator off the pool lounge, making it easy to stock your BBQ essentials without carrying them down from the main kitchen.
- Rounding out the space is a full bathroom, as well as a full-size washer and dryer.

SECOND FLOOR: Go up the stairs and into your home away from home!
- Step into your dream gourmet kitchen. The kitchen features high-end appliances and abundant counter space. A chef's dream - double oven, 6-burner stove with a griddle!
- The open-concept space is also set up with two dining areas: a large table with seating for 8 and a breakfast nook with seating for 6.
- Kitchen Island Goals. 4 cozy barstools are featured with a large farm sink in the middle.
- The main living area is a mix of beautiful neutrals and blues with plenty of space for the whole family. Two couches and chairs create a cozy, inviting space.
- A fireplace is highlighted here - great for cool nights after a long beach day.
- As you pass through the living room, you're greeted with a second-floor balcony. Enough seating to unwind and take in the emerald water!
- This floor also provides a half bath off the breakfast nook.
- Balancing out the second floor, there is a King bedroom with an ensuite and a private balcony for enjoying the early morning breeze.

THIRD FLOOR: Saved the best for last! The last level of this home is a showstopper!
- The Primary bedroom has a lot to offer - private balcony overlooking the water, walk in closet, seating area with smart tv, and the relaxing resort vibe décor will make it hard to get out of bed!
- Primary spa en-suite - features a custom walk-in shower, a spacious soaking tub, and dual vanities, all modernly designed.
- The sixth bedroom of the home is the coziest bunk room you could ever dream of. This room features a large sectional sofa sleeper, additional storage, and an en-suite bathroom.
- This floor also has a coffee bar to enjoy the beauty of this floor without having to leave it.

- We provide a starter kit of everything you'll need to kick off your stay: paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry pods, and more.
- The home has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker, coffee is on us! We provide ground coffee from 'The Well', and Starbucks pods.
- Premium full-size bath products in every bathroom and kitchen – We provide body wash, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and hand soap.
- Beach gear: we have a wagon, beach toys, and beach towels. 2 chairs & an umbrella set up are complimentary with an option to add on additional sets during your stay.

✏️Other things to note:
- Parking: 3-4 spots available to park in the driveway. There is also overflow parking on Crescent St.
- Minimum age: to rent the home is 25.
- Pets: Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Construction: Please note, this home is located in a beautiful new community on Panama City Beach. Due to this, you may experience some construction noise during your stay.
- Wi-Fi: Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi in Panama City Beach. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service that may impact your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
