This fully renovated one-bedroom apartment at Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster provides a cozy and inviting retreat. The bedroom features a comfortable Queen bed, complemented by a sleeper sofa in the living area, creating an ideal space for relaxation after a day of activities. Equipped with heating and air conditioning, the property stays warm and welcoming throughout the year.
The modern bathroom includes a refreshing shower, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, a hairdryer, a handheld steamer, and a first-aid kit.
All appliances, furniture, linens, bedspreads, towels, and the fully equipped kitchen are new. In addition to a coffee maker, coffee, and a selection of teas, we supply bottled water and essential kitchen supplies, such as sugar, oil, pasta, and seasonings.
Parking is available for one vehicle right outside the building, with additional options nearby across the street. The corner unit offers added privacy and convenience with a side-door entrance.

While we do not sponsor golf or pool access, we provide beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella for enjoying Brewster’s ocean and freshwater beaches. From June 15 through Labor Day Sunday, we reimburse guests for the purchase of beach parking permits for Brewster’s beaches and ponds. Nickerson State Park is easily accessible by car, bike, or foot. Ocean Edge amenities include a basketball court, sand volleyball, bike rentals, kayaking, outdoor dining, and more. Indoor options for relaxation include a smart TV, books, magazines, and board games.
In addition to offering a beautifully renovated and well-maintained space, we focus on cleanliness, comfort, and excellent condition. We personally clean and inspect the property after every stay.
