Come nestle yourself in this like brand new colonial with farmer's porch. Enjoy the view of the pond while sitting on the porch having your morning coffee while reading the daily paper. Or take a walk along the abutting nature trails which lead along the pond and abut a golf course and conservation land. Enjoy a canoe ride and fishing on the pond or one may wish to swim to the beach on the other side. In season blueberry picking and catching polliwogs are a favorite. Located near 6A there are many fine restaurants to enjoy as well as the famous Cape Playhouse and Scargo Tower. Enjoy golfing, antique shops, shopping and the quaint village of Dennis with its many many beaches. We are on the bayside and favoring Mayflower Beach as a family favorite, Corporation Beach for its breathtaking sunsets.

The house was brilliant. Really well set up for families, everything you needed from books to cot, high chair and kid friendly bowls/spoons. The stocked coffee machine was really appreciated too! We were 1 minute from the fantastic ‘pond’ that was glorious to swim in. Right in the heart of cape cod so nothing was that far away. If we didn’t have to cross the Atlantic again to come back next fall we would in an instant!

Great and quiet location

We couldn’t have picked a better spot to stay for my cousins wedding. Central to everyplace we needed to be, quiet, and had anything we could possibly need. Would love to come back for a longer visit sometime.

Wonderful getaway with infant!

Family get away

We enjoyed the seagulls nest. It is in the middle of a lot of great beaches. Close to everything you need to have a good time. The lake does not have a sitting place which was disappointing but thoroughly enjoyed the stay.

Super Amazing

A lovely cape cod retreat

We really enjoyed our stay. We were visiting the area from the U.K for the first time and found the house to be fantastic; well equipped and a great base to explore the cape. We used the beach buggy, towels and chairs to visit nearby Mayflower Beach. A tip - visit for the sunset, and free parking after 5pm. My only regret is that we only stayed 5 nights.

What a comfortable stay

First time to Cape Cod and we were not disappointed. This VRBO is very cute and just what we needed/wanted. Very large TV, great location and in a lovely neighborhood. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks to Louise who was great at communicating important information to us.

We had a wonderful stay at The Seagull Nest

The home was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Although, we didn’t need the beach supplies available to us, it was nice to see that those were there.The lake and walking trail nearby were peaceful and we thought the location was convenient for checking out the different areas of the Cape. We would definitely recommend staying in this home and would do so again. Thank you for having us!

Home away from home!

We had a great stay! Seagulls nest had everything a family with young children would need when staying away from home. We all had space to relax during a busy weekend in the Cape and enjoyed the books, puzzles and games available around the house. Check-in was easy and checkout requirements were reasonable. The weather wasnt pleasant so we weren't able to take advantage of the trail or pond area but hope to be back to enjoy them next time!

We loved this property, the neighborhood was quiet and everyone was friendly. The house was clean and it was nice to not have to bring our own linens. Being close to all of our favorite spots in Dennis with the added bonus of walking to the pond when we didn't want to trek to the beach.

Comfortable Home/Great Location

We chose Louise’s home because of it’s close proximity to our family. Besides the convenient location, we loved the access to all of the trails, which were literally in the backyard. The neighborhood was quiet but close to all of our favorite Cape destinations. The house was clean and fully stocked. We loved how easy it was to use the fireplace in the living room and spent our downtime cozied up with games or books. We would love to return and would highly recommend.

Great location and nice house

We enjoyed the house and loved the location. Owner was very responsive when there were problems but there was no house information book (missing?) and therefore, no workable passwords for in. We also didn’t know the dryer wasn’t working until after we did a load of laundry. Also didn’t know the tank for the gas grill was in basement—not a safe place to store it. Please replace missing information book—makes the use of the house difficult.

Lovely clean home. It had a lot of room and is in a good location to town. There was a Noreaster during our stay so we didnt get to explore the cape like we had planned but the house was perfect. It would be great for an extended stay. There is a great outdoor space for grilling and hanging out.

A Perfect Getaway

It was perfect just like all the other times and I am sure it will be perfect next time too. Best Nest

This was the perfect cozy spot for a winter getaway. The fireplace lights with a switch and instantly warms the whole area. This owner has everything you ever needed, and the decor is so pretty. Two thumbs up for the Swagulls Neat!
