Why Lance waldbueser chose Las Olas Isles
Once you vacation at Ft Lauderdale Beach, you will understand 'why this is paradise.' And you will be staying at the most perfect location in the nation's most relaxing city. I rented homes for two years in this area waiting for this particular location to go up for sale. When it finally did, I bought it the first week on the market. You will love it also.
What makes this House unique
The close proximity to the beach make it easy to visit the beach for a couple of hours and come back for a nap or just spend the whole day. The corner lot gives us beautiful outdoor views on three sides of the home. The hedges on 3 sides provide extreme back yard and pool privacy. While eating breakfast on the upstairs bedroom balconies, we have great views of the canal and Seven Isles Lake.

This place was outstanding! Lance and Leo are first class all the way. The location was perfect and the place was beautiful. The photos are great but you have to see it in person to get a real perspective of just how cool it is. We are going back!
Love this house in Las Olas!
Just had a great week at the house. Lance worked with us on our scheduling due to a death in the family and we are forever grateful for the kindness he extended.
Lance and Leo were fantastic and very attentive and responsive. We had a couple of hiccups with the AC and WiFi but Leo our manager was all over it for us.
The house accommodated our group well. The kitchen was completely stocked with every tool, glass, bowl, etc. we needed. The pool was gorgeous and my son even went fishing off the boat dock all week. The location can’t be beat. We ubered for like $5 to the beach because we had kids ... but the adults walked into town multiple times. The neighborhood is super quiet and easy to relax in. I like the 24/7 security driving around as well. The washer and dryer were awesome!!
I did advise an update on the pictures since there’s no swingset and the paddle boards are locked up and a re-fresh of the paint inside. We loved the house regardless.
We are already talking about coming back next year!
Great layout and owner, not the same as pics.
Great location and layout of the home, renters have beaten up the house. There is one paddle board and not two. The paddle board lost the fin and we purchased another one. The pictures are outdated, for example on the side on the house, there is no swing set, the seat near the water is ripped and several things in the house don't operate correctly (DVDs, door knob comes off, pool sticks don't have tips to them, some rooms are hotter than others). It's not a bad home and owner is great, not worth the value charged nightly.
Joe, thank you for your feedback however I myself and over 75 previous guest who have rated my home 5 stars would have to disagree with your 3-star review. I have lived in Fort Lauderdale for over 12 years and as you stated the location of the home is the best you will find ( los olas and A1A). I’m not sure if you priced out hotels near by however I have and you will not find a 6 bedroom 5600 square ft home for under $1300 a night. Most 3 bedroom homes on this website are the same price as this home. A 1-bedroom hotel room less than a block away is $650 a night and you don’t get the luxury of being on the intercoastal waterway with your own private large pool and Dock. I aplologize because I know the storm had one of the 3 AC units in the home break one night the day before your trip. As soon as I found out I purchased and had a brand new AC unit installed the following day. I know you were also disappointed that the playground wasn’t there however the playground was old and I had to replace it with a brand new Bocci Ball court which I haven’t had the chance to update that one outdoor photo, Every other photo is up to date. I had to do this because the playground was no longer safe for kids to play on. As for the paddle boards which I include for free with no charge I explained that one of my previous guest lost it in the canal before your stay. I take pride in my home and keeping it clean and up to date. Next time you are in the Fort Lauderdale area I recommend you price check homes and hotels before saying an untrue statement like the one you said. If you are looking for a 6 bedroom home in an area for under $1000 maybe you should look on the West side of Florida next time not on the water. The value and customer service my guest receive is by far the best you will find on Los Olas Blvd or A1A. Again thank you for your review and I wish you the best in the future. Lance
11 of my friends and I recently took a girls trip to this property for the weekend and we absolutely LOVED it. Location is amazing- 5 minute uber ride to beach, bars, restaraunts, etc. Plenty of space- two large living rooms with large couches. There were 12 of us and the home never felt crowded. Our favorite place to spend time at was outside by the pool during the day and to relax at night. The view of the intercostal is beautiful and the heated pool was perfect. Any questions or concerns we had prior to the trip Lance communicated with us immediately. Early check in was greatly appreciated since our flight landed extremely early. We never wanted our weekends to end. Bedrooms were comfortable- with bathrooms to service each room. My one and only issue was we received a text from the owner that he had received from the maids after our trip saying the floor was scratched and the pool table leg was broken. We did not go anywhere near the pool table nor would we ever attempt to touch/move such a heavy piece of furniture. The owner seemed very understanding when I explained that to him and did give us our deposit. So my one recommendation would be to invest in a more honest cleaning team for future occurrences. Because of this maybe take one picture of each room after your stay before checking out Incase an accusation is made against your party. But like I said the owner was understanding as soon as I responded that we definitely did not go near that piece of furniture. Overall amazing stay- sad to leave paradise. My friends and I are hoping to return- great place for group of adults or family or mixed group- fun for all ages! :):):)
This was by far one of the best vacations.
Incredible Great location
This was a wonderful house for a family gathering! Roomy, great location, and great pool!
The host and house were accommodating and perfect for our long weekend getaway. The house has charm and is decorated in an eclectic and interesting way. A few things need refurbished like utensils, newer pillows, and more lounge chairs by the pool but everything else was wonderful. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful and the walk to the beach was easy. My family and friends will definitely be back!
The Seven Isles area of Las Olas Blvd., Ft. Lauderdale is a combination of day time 'laid back beach life' with the beach, deep sea fishing, paddle boarding and boating all within walking distance, and exciting night life. The well groomed streets lined with tropical foliage and palm trees frame the scenic canals and intracoastal waterway lined with yachts of all sizes. The monthly street festivals and concerts, the annual world renowned, largest US Boat Show, Memorial Day Beach Party, July 4th Beach Party and Fireworks Display, Holiday Boat Parade, Ice Skating and Festivals, and New Years Eve Orange Drop and celebrations with fireworks only add to the normal, everyday excitement. It's an exciting place for fun loving people of all ages to visit. There's no place like it. Many visitors just call it 'paradise.'
