This single-story Fort Walton Beach home features 1,270 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, with all bedrooms located to the right as you enter. The fully equipped kitchen offers an open-concept layout that flows seamlessly into the living room, creating a warm and inviting space for relaxing or spending time together. With 3 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, the layout is both comfortable and functional—ideal for families or small groups seeking a convenient and easy stay.
Guest Access:
Ronin Stays uses SuiteOp for guest access. Before arrival, guests will receive a link through their booking channel and/or email to complete a quick pre-check-in. Through that same link, you’ll find everything you need for your stay — including check-in instructions, Wi-Fi details, local recommendations, and more. Once check-in begins, the SuiteOp app provides instant access to the property within seconds. In the rare event of any issues, a backup lockbox with a physical key is available on-site.

The home is located in a well-established residential area off Okaloosa Road NE in Fort Walton Beach, with convenient access to Highway 98. This central location makes it easy to reach nearby shopping, dining, Okaloosa Island, and local beaches. The neighborhood is generally quiet and residential, with a strong military presence in the surrounding area, contributing to a safe and community-focused environment.
Getting Around:
Getting around Fort Walton Beach is easiest by car, as public transportation options are limited. Driving provides the most flexibility for visiting nearby beaches, Okaloosa Island, shopping areas, restaurants, and local attractions. Rideshare services such as Uber and Lyft are available and offer a convenient option for getting around town. Biking can work well for short trips in the area, though having a personal vehicle or rental car is highly recommended for exploring comfortably and making the most of your stay.
Other Things to Note:
All booking guests must submit a photo of their ID for verification, complete and sign the Ronin Stays Rental Agreement, fill out the check-in form, and choose either the damage waiver protection plan ($45) or a security deposit ($250) before receiving check-in instructions. Once these steps are completed, your personal check-in code will be sent one hour before your scheduled check-in time. To avoid any delays, please ensure these requirements are taken care of in advance.
We’re happy to welcome your furry companions—all breeds, shapes, and sizes are accepted, with a maximum of 2 pets per reservation. This fee covers your entire stay and includes basic pet cleaning. All pets must be house trained, non-aggressive, and up to date on vaccinations. Please note that the pet fee covers standard cleaning; any excessive cleaning—such as indoor accidents, excessive pet hair on furniture, or damage—will result in additional charges. Our standard one-time pet fee is:
- $85 for up to 2 pets
There are two convenient parking areas within the complex — one on the north side near Santa Rosa Blvd and another on the south side closest to the beach. Between them, you’ll find around 30 total spaces, including 2 designated handicapped spots. Parking is unassigned and available on a first-come, first-served basis, but there’s rarely a shortage of spaces.
For your safety, this property has 2 exterior security cameras located at:
- To the Left of the Front Door
- On the Backyard Patio
These services are routine and outside of our control. While maintenance staff typically won’t need access to the unit itself, if entry is ever required, we’ll always notify you in advance.
Please note: The nightly rate includes up to 4 guests. For groups larger than 4 (up to a maximum of 6 guests), there is an additional charge of $25 per guest, per night. This helps cover the extra utilities, cleaning, and general wear and tear. Thank you for your understanding and for helping us keep the Bungalow in great shape for everyone!
