Guest Access:

We have access with self check-in. We provide you access with keys to open the door. In any case, we are aware of any situation that you may present and you have the concierge service for anything you need during your trip, such as car rental, airport transportation, purchase of tours or activities, or restaurant reservations.



* The concierge will help you with additional services such as reservations for tours and activities, restaurants, transportation, car rental, etc.



The Neighborhood:

Puerto Juárez is the fishing district of the city of Cancun. Here is the only coastal strip to enjoy outside of the Cancun Hotel Zone. Puerto Juárez is a neighborhood with a pure flavor of the sea. There are several restaurants on the beach with the most delicious fresh seafood direct from the catch to your plate.



Getting Around:

We recommend you rent a car, we have free gated parking, if you don't want to rent a car you can walk to some great restaurants in the day with fresh fish; like MarBella, which we highly recommend, it is also close to the ruins of EL MECO and close to the ferry to Isla Mujeres. If you want to go to the hotel zone (party zone), we can help you with taxis and transportation.



Other Things to Note:

Includes only one cleaning before your arrival and one after your departure. If you need extra cleaning or a change of sheets and towels, we can schedule it in advance (at an extra cost).



It is a quiet and familiar condominium, for which we ask you to respect pool hours, extra guests who are not registered in the reservation are not allowed and we have quiet hours from 9pm to 9am.



We also wish to inform you that due to construction, there will be loud noises. We regret any inconvenience that this may cause.
