Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Before departing, please complete the following: 1. Place all trash to the outdoor trash can. 2. Leave beds unmade. 3. Turn lights & small appliances off. Set thermostat to 75.
Boat & Dock 1. Remove all personal items from the dock and boat area. 2. Rinse off excessive mud, sand, or fish debris if applicable. 3. Do not leave bait, fish remains, or coolers on the dock.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No additional guests are permitted. Fee's will be added to your stay if additional guests are seen without prior approval.
If linens are ruined with stains from outdoors cleaning or make up you will be responsible for the replacement costs.
If house rules aren't followed for cleaning and additional cleaning is required an additional cleaning fee will be charged.
