We’ve stayed at dauphin island for the past 6 years and this was one of our favorite houses. It was very well stocked with everything we could want or need. We will definitely be returning!

Very relaxing vacation

The home and proximity to the gulf was amazing! The uncrowded beach was just what needed! We were able to relax and unwind and enjoy the the natural beauty of the gulf and the pelicans, gulls, great blue herons and dolphins. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed to have a great week. The open lower deck was perfect! We would definitely stay here again.

Better than advertised.

House was perfect for our family vacation, the pictures on the listing really don’t do the property justice.The beachfront access was amazing. House was clean, and had all the amenities one could need to make it a home away from home.Rhonda was very helpful and responsive to all our questions.

Great place, great location

We had everything we needed for a great family vacation. Two decks, lots of deck chairs, beach towels and toys, and lots of beach to enjoy right off the back steps. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone, and every kitchen appliance and gadget you need.

Best stocked property!

This property had everything we needed as far as cooking, cleaning, and laundry. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of seating in the common areas. There were also plenty of linens.

Family Vacation 2022

Loved the house and location ON the beach. House has a great layout with 3 out of 4 bedrooms on beach side. Plenty of bathrooms for our family of 9. House is beautifully but casually decorated with beach theme. Wonderful time

Spring on Dauphin Island

We really liked our stay in early Spring of 2019, even when the temps dropped for three days. I love the solitude of the island and we have been craving coming down for nine years now, so we are very familiar with the surroundings and laidback atmosphere, it’s just what we have been looking forward to every year!!

perfect for families

LOVED this place. Our crew included two sets of grandparents, a four-year-old, and a seven-month-old. Everyone had a blast. The house was better than the photos. Plenty of space and well stocked with kitchen supplies, puzzles, and books. Being able to step right out onto the beach was fantastic and made bringing an infant a whole lot easier. Highly recommend.

The perfect beach vacation

The house was just as beautiful as pictured. Everything was clean and in working order. The public beach access next door was not an issue. Everyone was really respectful of the beach area right in front of the house. We will definitely be back!

Great Views, Right on tĥe Water

We had plenty of room. Everyone loved the top and bottom decks, outdoor shower, and fabulous views. We had ants coming in and the dishwasher didn't work. And overall great trip. We could see the fireworks from the beach.

Greatness

This house worked perfectly for our extended family to get together for a week. The beds were comfy. The house design was perfect for our families. It has a bonus feature of an outside shower (not many have this). Location to everything was a short 5-10 minute drive. We are already discussing our trip for next year.

Permit parking next to house. Locals don't respect boundaries of property. Will stay somewhere else next time.
