Great apartment, great view, great host

The apartment was bright, clean, comfortable and well-equipped. It's also very convenient for Carrefour (2 minutes walk) and the lake front (4 minutes walk). The view from the sunny balcony is beautiful. Jean-Pierre is a charming host and really made us feel welcome. We had a lovely week.

Deborah, Hako and Joshua made me proud to support such charming guests to enjoy the Annecy environnement and to, hopefully, have them coming again as they are doing already for a number of years. Hako has been very helpfull and cooperative to fix a little water leakage issue. Feel safe to welcome such conscious and happy family.

Great experience and a very nice host!

I am glad to say that my stay was very nice and I had a great experience. The host was very kind and the apartment lived to our expectations. I hope we left everything in order, I tried my best. I very much suggest Jean-Pierre's apartment when travelling to Annecy! Thank you once again!

On a passé un très bon séjour l’appartement est magnifique la vue aussi surtout le premier week-end d’aout où il y a le feu d’artifice au lac qu’on voit juste en face la plage est à 200 m c’est l’idéal est le Carrefour Market juste à côté c’est nickel pour faire les courses petit bémol le matelas de la chambre est vraiment trop mou. J’ai du dormir avec mon bébé sur la banquette

Appartement très agréable, un accueil sympathique du propriétaire. Idéalement situé à proximité du lac ... bien appréciable pour courir. Seul petit bémol la literie un peu dur ... Dans l'ensemble très satisfait de cette location.

Das Feriendomizil und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter waren sehr positiv.

Die Ferienwohnung war wie beschrieben wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Vermieter J.P ist sehr nett und empfing uns sehr herzlich.

Apartment with nice view

We loved our stay in Annecy in this apartment, especially using the bicycles on the great cycle tracks around the lake. Eating our meals on the balcony was great but chairs a little uncomfortable. The lake is only about 5 minutes walk away and a bus to centre of Annecy just around the corner, also a Carrefour supermarket is only a couple of minutes away. The apartment was lovely and clean but cutlery could do with renewing.

très belles vacances ensoleillées,un seul jour de pluie. Appartement très agréable conforme à l'annonce. Très belle vue.L'immeuble est calme et bien entretenu. Supérette juste a coté ainsi que pharmacie et restaurants. Le lac à huit minutes à pieds. Les parkings du centre ville à cinq minutes en voiture. Propriétaire sympathique et très disponible. on y retournerait volontiers

Août 2016 vacances en famille à 4 dans cet appartement avec une très belle vue, bien équipé, plein de rangement, petite terrasse, parking privé et 2 vélos à disposition. Le bémol : le matelas du clic clac pas vraiment confortable et un peu plus de vaisselles pour 4. Merci Elisa de votre accueil. Isabelle, Stéphane, Manon et Charline.

Appart conforme aux photos

Très bon séjour passé en Haute Savoie. Appart situé plein sud donc au top pour prendre les repas sur la terrasse. Vélos à disposition ce qui est vraiment bien pour se déplacer dans Annecy. (voies cyclables ). Le lac est à quelques mètres. Produits d'entretiens fourni ainsi que le linge de maison. ( peut-être juste pensé à changer les oreillers et couettes) Un carrefour Market est situé à proximité ce qui est bien aussi... Nous pouvons oublier la voiture!! Nous reviendrons!!
