The house was very clean and acceptable. Well located close to Disney. The king size bed in the main bedroom was very noisy when you got up and got on we felt like we might break it.The only complaint we have is the late check-in an early checkout I feel they should adjust it.

This stay was pretty amazing. We paid extra to have the pool heated, and it was very worth it. The kiddos took full advantage. There were plenty of pool towels, too. The game room was a hit as well. The kitchen was very well stocked with most things you think you’ll need. Plenty of dishes for adults and kids. The only thing I would complain about is that the bath towels were pretty thin. Otherwise, the stay was great. It was also close enough to the freeway, which made everything in and around Orlando very accessible.

House is very spacious, the Pool and Game Room are excellent amenities! Pool & Spa heat works very well.. The outdoor sitting around the pool is a great feature as well. The house is in a great location, close proximity to most anything you need! Would definitely recommend this property to anyone who is staying in the area!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Hollywood Villa. It had everything we needed while being close to every thing we wanted to do! Each person had their own bathroom, bedroom and space. The pool was great to have with a lot of lounging area to enjoy the sun. Checking in and out was a very easy process. I would recommend this property to anyone coming to Kissimmee!

We did like the villas location. The villa is a bit run down furniture is tried looking needs upgrading and The pool towels were very old and thin. The villa was clean and did the job. The problem we had was we asked if we could check in early, by 2hrs if the villa was empty to be told it would cost us 75. We have never had this happen in over 20yrs off staying in villa in Orlando. We decided this was unacceptable and went shopping. He arrived at the villa 30mins early and decided to just sit in the car. My son needed to toilet, my son has special needs which the company were aware of 20mins before we were due to enter. They have charged us 75 for him to use the toilet 20 mins early basically. I will never book this villa again.

Why they chose this property

Indian Creek, is a very attractive and tranquil residential community. It is just 5 minutes away from Disney World's main gate, 15 minutes from Sea World and Universal Studios, plus you can also discover the many nearby Gulf and Atlantic costal attractions (e.g. Busch Gardens; Kennedy Space Center, and a wide variety of other recreational activities, such as golfing and fishing). For those who love to shop, the house is just 10 minutes away from many great outlet malls. Additionally, there is a large plaza offering many restaurants, various shops and a 24hr grocery store, located in the corner of 192.

What makes this property unique

The close proximity to the Disney World theme parks makes it very practical. You can go to the parks as soon as they open, and then as the crowd begins to grow (and temperatures go up), you can go back home, which is only 10 minutes away, and enjoy the pool, have a regular lunch (which is far much cheaper) and maybe even a nap! Then as the daytime crowd begins to fade, return to the parks (reenter is free) and see the parade, action, and fireworks in the cool of the evening!
