About Linda & Jack

We found this area by mistake after a week vacation in Disney. It is truly a hidden gem. We have been visiting for the past four years and have fell in love with all the wonderful amenities this beach town has to offer. If you want un-crowded beaches, and a quiet area to enjoy strolling down the beach this is a wonderful place to visit. Great for families and couples alike.

When we are not in residency we like to share this beautiful condo with others as we consider it a blessing.

Quiet and beautiful

Very clean, well decorated and steps from the ocean. What more could you want. The only drawback was the pool was cold. With that said we would go back in a heart beat. The owners were very very helpful. Thanks

Condo at Sand Castle on Sattilite Beach

It was our first experience staying on the Atlantic side of Florida. We enjoyed every minute of our time there! Our accommodations were superb. the condo has been re done and the choices and décor were perfect. Owners Jack and Linda were available immediately if ever we needed anything or just had questions. We loved it so much, we already booked for next year. I would find it hard pressed to find one negative thing about our stay. One thing, although extremely minute, would be another mirror somewhere....but really is that even an issue? Another great thing was the regular renters that we met there, they were awesome.

We completely renovated this unit with top of the line furnishings, appliances and decor to give our guests the penthouse ( cape cod beach style experience). I never thought of a second mirror, but I will look around and see if I can fine the perfect place for an additional one. Thanks for the suggestion, and we look forward to your return.

Cute and comfortable

Lovely, well furnished, quiet and right on the beach. The kitchen was well stocked. It was immaculate. I have allergies and appreciated that there were no mold, cigarette, or animal odors. The bed was very comfortable. My son in law wants the name of your remodeler and decorator. There were only 2 of us, but there is a hide a bed in the living room I assume for guests. I'm not sure how it would open out since there is lots of furniture in the living room. Sand Castle has ample parking, a great pool, and lovely well maintained grounds. Walking on the beach each day was a treat. Hope to return next year. The owners are conscious and concerned about their guests.

Very peaceful vacation spot

I stayed here with two of my kids ages 16 and 19. We had an excellent beach vacation stay the last week of March. I think peak Spring Break had just ended.

Pros:

The condo is decorated very nicely with upscale furnishings and fixtures.

The beach and pool were nearly deserted every day. It was very tranquil.

We also visited Cocoa and Daytona beaches for variety which are roughly 20 and 90 minutes North respectively.

Convenient location with shopping and dining nearby.

Cons:

This condo's location within the building is unfortunate. The view from living room windows is a walkway/wall. The master BR overlooks A1A. Hence no reason to open the beautiful wooden shutters.

Other:

The restaurants the owners recommended were excellent: "Florida Seafood" and "New England Eatery".

Common Sense Warning: The Florida sun will burn you quickly even when it is overcast. Wear sunscreen without fail and think about taking a long lunch break to escape the peak sun exposure.

If you are going to book a fishing charter plan ahead and reserve before you arrive. They fill up fast.

Owner's Response: Thanks Mike, we completely agree this unit is extremely peaceful, tranquil and completely upgraded. Based on its location in this beachfront building we do feel, although small there is a good view from the living room, but to really watch the ocean just step outside the door to see, smell and enjoy the beach. Also as with all the condo's right on the beach they are nestled between the beach and A1A. This a perfect spot if you want both the serenity and the beachfront experience. Thanks for staying with us.

Wonderful Home Away From Homr

2015 was the second time I rented this condo. I stayed for 14 weeks and enjoyed every minute. The condo is tastefully decorated and well equipped. Has new appliances, wifi, and cable. Clean laundry room with washer/dryers next door to this condo. The full time residents and renters are quiet and friendly. The owners are very responsive to any request. The area has plenty restaurants, grocery/drug stores, recreation centers/activities. The only potential problem is the elevator. I heard it may be replaced. The elevator was quickly repaired while I was there.
