Superbe condo face à l'océan - vraiment unique en son genre!

Paradise Beach Club 230 appartient fiÚrement à «Stay In Cocoa Beach», le plus grand propriétaire de locations de vacances de luxe en bord de mer sur la Space Coast!

Cette unitĂ© de condo spacieuse et Ă©lĂ©gante de 1100 pieds carrĂ©s est situĂ©e sur deux niveaux avec le salon, la salle Ă  manger, la cuisine, la salle de bain et un balcon privĂ© au bord de l’ocĂ©an au deuxiĂšme Ă©tage et les chambres Ă  coucher et une salle de bain au troisiĂšme Ă©tage. Il offre une vue imprenable depuis la chambre principale et le balcon de l'Ă©tage principal.

L'immeuble a fait l'objet d'une rĂ©novation complĂšte en 2015, au cours de laquelle de nouvelles fenĂȘtres, portes, balustrades, peintures et bien plus encore ont Ă©tĂ© amĂ©nagĂ©s. Bien qu'il ait Ă©tĂ© construit dans les annĂ©es 1970, il a l'air neuf.

Les installations du complexe comprennent une piscine chauffĂ©e en bord de mer qui surplombe lïżœïżœocĂ©an, un terrain de jeu de palets, une petite salle de sport, 2 grands barbecues avec des comptoirs en granit, des parcs Ă  chiens fermĂ©s et bien sĂ»r, un accĂšs direct Ă  la plage. Le complexe est construit juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© d'un mur de mer pour vous rendre aussi proche de l'ocĂ©an que n'importe quel condo en Floride. Il est parfaitement situĂ© sur une belle plage tranquille, Ă  proximitĂ© des commerces et des restaurants.

Le complexe est situé à 20 minutes de l'aéroport de Melbourne, à 15 minutes de la jetée de Cocoa Beach, à 10 minutes d'Indialantic et à une heure de l'aéroport d'Orlando et de Disneyword.

Veuillez noter que la construction d'un nouveau bùtiment en copropriété sur la propriété voisine s'achÚvera en 2018, période pendant laquelle il pourrait y avoir du bruit pendant les heures ouvrables. Ces travaux auront désormais un impact sur Paradise Beach Club ou ses commodités.

Great vacation!

Everything about the condo was great. Pictures are accurate, and had plenty of room for 4 adults. Was at the condo during hurricane Helene, rental management kept great communication. There were no issues and continued with our vacation. .

The perfect beach getaway

Honestly, this was the best property I have ever stayed at in Florida. It was beach front and also had a pool. Everything was perfect and I could have spent every day just sitting on the patio watching the ocean. The tiny walk to the beach was also ideal. I love the furniture and the comfort of the beds. I will be definitely rebooking for our next trip to Florida!

Mid July weekend stay

Great location with a private beach entrance. Room was clean and a lot of room. Balcony with ocean view. Property management communicated numerous times before, and during our stay.

Gorgeous view & Comfortable!

Not only was there a gorgeous view from the balcony and the master bedroom, the condo was extremely comfortable and well stocked for any vacation but especially for a vacation at the beach! I have recommended it to other friends.

Good size for the money

We enjoyed the condo. The beach is rocky so bring water shoes. The pool was clean and deep so my son loved it. The condo had four chairs, two boggie boards and a cooler which was awesome. The kitchen was well stocked. Would recommend this condo. Just be aware their are stairs to get to the two bedrooms.

Great place to bring your puppers!

Our family had a wonderful time making memories and our dog Maggie loved it as well! They have a small fenced in area for the dogs. There is a Publix and Dunkin Donuts within walking distance. Overall, great experience.

We didn't want to leave! The unit was great. Very comfortable and well equipped. The view from the balcony was incredible and the ocean breeze and sound of the waved from the beach were very relaxing. Groceries were a 5 minute walk across the street and there were restaurants galore in every direction. I wouldn't hesitate to return for my next trip.

Great rental unit in central Brevard with a fantastic view!

This was a great property for a relaxing vacation in Central Florida. The unit was clean, equipped and very comfortable. Some noise still with the construction next door but that is temporary. Loved the split level with separate floor for bedrooms. Code access makes this a breeze to check-in and very simple check-out instructions. Thanks for the hospitality; we will be back :)

Great Oceanside View

Great view from unit which is located directly on water. The building is a bit dated but unit was updated and very clean. Views from main room and bedroom were amazing. Window in bedroom needs to be replaced and bed way too soft. Pool was very nice and heated where beach not too crowded but strong surf. Area has casual surfer vibe. Close to markets and casual restaurants.

Quiet beach

We booked last minute and were looking at this location or one on Cocoa Beach. I am happy we chose this location because it was a very quiet, relaxing beach. The rental was clean and stocked. The units are older but clean and functional (except the dishwasher which we reported). The surrounding area had enough nice local restaurants and across the street is Dunkin and plaza with Publix and a great Acai/breakfast place. We would stay here again if the need arose.

Cute condo

We had a pleasant stay at Paradise Beach Resort. The location was conveniently situated near shopping, restaurants, and ice cream parlors, all within walking distance. The beach and pool areas were easily accessible from our unit. The unit offered a breathtaking ocean view from the balcony and the master bedroom. However, the master bedroom window could have been cleaner to fully appreciate the view. Regrettably, the floors and dishes appeared to be unclean upon our arrival, and there were no mopping supplies available for us to clean the floors ourselves. Despite this minor inconvenience, we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at this location.

Great stay amidst the corona. Quiet and relaxing!

Upon check in we arrived at 3:45. The cleaning lady was still there for another 45 minutes before we could start enjoying the condo. It was just as pictured and had every amenity we needed. (Laundromat is on the same floor). My daughter loved the pool, it was nice and heated. Plenty of shells on the quiet beach. Literally miles of no one else at times! Cibellis pizza is a must have as well as papagallos pasta. Publix is so close. We brought the bikes for a nice stroll through town. Plenty of nice places to stop and enjoy people surfing and fishing!

Excellent stay

We just stayed at the Paradise Resort in Cocoa Beach. This condo is described exactly how it is. The place is clean and well decorated with plenty of home touches. This is a 2 story condo with bedrooms upstairs along with 1 bathroom and the other bathroom is downstairs. The beds are great and soft.(Beds are a personal preference but we liked them so much we joked with the owner about a missing bed fee) Shower's are amazing after being on the beach all day. The owners are super responsive and pleasant. This condo is RIGHT on the beach. No long walk to the beach or water. The pool is clean and spacious. The complex is older but well taken care of up to date. The dog parks is very simple but great. Close to the complex with a short walk right next to the stairs. The owners have also supplied a doggie gate for pets which comes in handy if you need to leave your pooch behind. The only downfall that we encountered was the laundry room not being in the unit itself. It is no fault to the owners just the setup of the complex.
