The view and location was excellent! Tammy was a great communicator. We walked to downtown n had great meals at El Ambia Cubano n Meg O'Malley Restaurants. Loved Funky Dog Improv.Place was clean n had a nice layout

The perfect get away.

We loved this condo, very comfortable and clean with everything we needed. It's close to some great restaurants and just a short drive to the beach. The only down fall was the pool being out of order, my son was upset about that. All in all we had a great stay and would definitely come back.
The Cuban restaurant within walking distance was AMAZING!!!

This place was wonderful! Everything you needed and more! Our host, Tammy, was very friendly and accommodating in so many ways! If we ever come back to Melbourne we will try to stay here again! A great vacation and great experience here!

Tammy was really easy to schedule with even when I needed to make changes. Cute condo right on harbor. Easy trip to Florida Tech and Melbourne Beach. Laundry rom was nearby and clean. Complex quiet and serene. Definitely would stay again.

We had an amazing time. The condo is centrally located to where we wanted to be. My husband and his son (who lives close by) were able to fish daily. While they were fishing I wandered downtown to all the quaint shops. Great restaurants close by. The condo is perfect place to stay for a couple for a long weekend or longer get away. We checked to see if this condo was available in February for a 4 day weekend stay. Sadly, it was booked . We can’t wait to book our next getaway.
My husband and his son fishing at Crane Creek. The boardwalk along Crane Creek is literally 150 yards from the condo.

Close to the beach

Make a right turn out of the parking lot and go about three miles and your at the beach.There’s many restaurants in walking distance and a small park across the street if you want to fish.Had a good time and will be back.

Beautiful View of Indian River

This home is conveniently located and you have plenty of privacy. The view of the marina and park is breathtaking. It was a wonderful, relaxing week.Also, it was a bonus to wake up and go for a run over the Indian River Bridge.

Great condo and location

Loved the condo, clean and very well equipped. A short walk to great bars, restaurants and shopping. The marina is across the street and has a great bar/restaurant and is great to walk through a catch a manatee sighting. We will be back!

Very nice condo. Tammy is a wonderful host who wants to make sure your stay is perfect! This was our second stay in this condo. Enjoyed the updates from last time. Great location, plenty of wonderful restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Highly recommend staying here!

Will definitely stay again when we return to Melbourne!

Tammy is great! Wonderful at communicating and giving recommendations! Backwater for breakfast and zip lining at Bevard Zoo are a must! The condo was clean, the bed was comfortable, the view was lovely, and within walking distance to downtown. Definitely recommend staying here if visiting the area!

Location was key - convenient to everything. walking distance to the Melbourne Square which has plenty of food, shops etc. Didn't realize we were so close to railroad tracks and the newer train passes by quite often - even at night. The pool was not open/clean which was a disappointment.

Really excellent location, walk to restaurants and pubs and short drive to everything else. The unit itself needs a little care; better cleaning, could use a few extra sheets that fit, lots of marks on wall, missing pictures and such. I would still have given 5 stars if it were not for the pool that is advertised, but not available. And it was not from needing maintenance but from the pool needing to be demolished. There were foundational cracks, green water and heavy foliage growing through the cracks of what used to be the pool deck. This pool should not be part of the listing.

Comfortable condo in a great location

Very cute and comfortable condo with a lovely view of the Melbourne Marina and River. Great location within walking distance of old Melbourne downtown. Lots of cute shops, and great restaurants all within blocks of the condo. The owner Tammy was great to work with, and we had great communication with her. She does everything she can to make sure you enjoy the condo and your time here. I would highly recommend renting from her as it was a great experience for us.

PERFECT VACAY CONDO!

Beautiful, sparkling clean condo with EVERYTHING provided by host Tammy for the perfect getaway! Great views of Melbourne Harbor from the balcony, living room windows, and sweet little Bean Park just steps from the building. The new shower in the updated bathroom is AWESOME! Location is convenient to everything, historic downtown with food, shops, etc., and 5 minutes over the causeway, the beaches! This is a must-stay, and the next time I’m in town, I will be contacting host Tammy for reservations…THE PERFECT VACAY CONDO for sure!

No wifi

The location was perfect the place was super clean but not having wifi is ridiculous especially staying for 10 days . I did not know there was no wifi if I did I wouldn’t have book this place. I am a Vrbo host myself and my communication skills with my guests is top notch especially if my guests are staying for a longtime . I didn’t receive 1 text asking if everything ok . Also me and my son used the same towels to shower . Only had 2 ea . For 10 days should have more . Last but not lease just my opinion check in should be 3:00 pm the lastest and 11:00 am should be the lastest you check out . This was my 1st Vrbo experience as a guest. I will use Vrbo again no doubt.

Daniel, In the event, someone doesn't want to read my total response. I want to say.. there is WIFI in all my condos! I am so very disappointed in your review. I work very hard to ensure my guest have a pleasant stay. I would like to address my experience as related to your complaints and beyond. When you booked, you immediately requested early access... I responded back immediately with YES... I always try to accommodate my guests for early access... whenever possible and requested that you reach out to me same day of check in. You sent me a message the day of your check in at 1:00 pm.. I responded back within 45 minutes and stated.. YES, my cleaning lady is finished... and sent a message back ENJOY! Check in is at 4:00... you checked in a 2:00. I was very accommodating to your numerous calls... before check in.. on how to navigate to the condo (guess you didn't have gps)... you called THREE times. Then you didn't understand the directions on how to OPEN the keypad door , called again, I walked you through that.. and upon leaving you didn't understand how to lock the keypad door and called again.. I reminded you that there is a LABEL on the keypad that gives instructions on how to enter and lock up.. you had the code.. just simply needed to read the label. I again, was kind and accommodating. WIFI - I manage and own over 10 properties.... NONE of my condo's come without WIFI... that would be ludicrous to not offer wifi.. (FREE of Course). You were given prior to check in the Welcome guide that included the wifi password/user name... also I put the SPECTRUM STICKER on the ROUTER BOX. which sits on top of the entertainment center... . no way to miss it. What is even crazier.. if you were having issues with wifi access ..... Not ONCE did you call, text or send me a message that you did not have WIFI codes. Zero discussion about you not understanding how to access this information that was readily available.. and was already at your disposal.. prior to check in. Towels - I have the standard towel accommodations (4 of everything). I am not a hotel/motel service that provides towels for a 10 day stay.. The laundry facility... is literally at the end of the hallway from your front door.. go left about 10 big steps and you are in the laundry facility. I hope people take the time to read this rebuttal. because the rating you gave was not a fair rating. Thank you.
