the most dated room ever. So sad and sorry. So small, furnishings that are decades old. Really terrible at this price point.

Front desk staff was friendly and check in and out was easy and quick. Room was clean and nice. Property was also well kept, the pool and hot tub was very nice. It would be nice for the parking to be included. No ice machine available.

Great Place

I found this Vacasa property to be a perfect fit for my skiing trip. Its close proximity to the Black Comb Gondola was incredibly convenient, allowing for quick and easy access to the mountain. What really enhanced my experience was the complimentary board/ski safeguard or rental option. This was a great addition. Overall, this property provided all the essentials for a hassle-free and enjoyable skiing adventure. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort and convenience on their ski holiday.

No cups plates or cutlery. Phone didn’t work. Clean

The whole place felt a bit unloved. Room in need of renovation. Tv hard to watch from bed and no alternative really. Clean and friendly service.

Great for my purposes of attending a conference. Not great that the unit I was in had a fridge but no microwave. Also, front desk staff need training in addressing people in front of them first rather than taking and dealing with a phone call that comes in after they've been standing in line already.

Noisy

Lovely comfy bed ,not that we got much sleep The walls are paper thin and we had an locked adjoining door between us and the room next door.Early the first morning we woken by guest in next room on the phone and heard his conversation word for word .Then that night ,the new guests were chatting until 11 pm only to go out and return at 3 am and start chatting again till 6 am . The staff were friendly on check in and the parking cheap. The are rooms clean but tired .You get what you pay for I guess

Cheapest place in Whistler for a reason

The location and hot tub/pool was great. The place is overall run down and outdated. We checked in and the carpets were filthy and had massive stains - looked brownish reddish, maybe from food (or blood who knows!). I asked the front desk to send someone to clean it on the first night, no one came for the entire 3 days. There was no room service on any of the days we stayed. Then on our last morning at 8:30 AM someone knocked on the door waking us and used the door code to get in (room service) even though check out is at 10 am and we were clearly not checked out. Worst hotel experience I’ve had to date.

Not happy

The actual place was different with the presentations on line. The room was not clean as I was expected, specifically under the bed. A few items such as 2 cups or 1 spoon was inside the wardrobe (not a proper place for cups or dishes). No ice maker tray in the fridge. The hotel ice maker also was out of order and I was suggested to buy ice from village supermarket. Over all I give 2 stars for this accommodation.

Exactly as pictured

This room is exactly as pictured. The room was very clean with lots of extra towels. The lodge and this room are dated. The carpet and furniture are 90s but again, it's clean. You are also provided with some basic cutlery, tea, coffee, kettle and coffee maker. The tea and coffee are not replenished because there is no daily housekeeping (totally fine with me I didn't need it). The room is comfortable for two people with a king bed and table and two chairs. It is in the Upper Village on the Blackcomb side so a little quieter. The location is across from the Fairmont and easy to walk across to their cafe Portobello. The front desk staff was really nice and helpful at the lodge. It was quiet, didn't hear the other guests. I recommend this room for anyone looking for simple, clean accommodation.
