Enjoy a quiet morning coffee on the front porch overlooking Chick's Cove. A leisurely stroll along beautiful Ocean Avenue will bring you to Colony Beach or Government Wharf to check out the fishing boats or to Dock Square and all it's boutiques, restaurants and art galleries. Picturesque Cape Porpoise Pier with more restaurants and galleries is a ten minute drive.

Enjoy the private backyard patio with sitting area, lounge chairs and dining table. Fully landscaped large and level yard with a Solo Stove fire pit and Adirondack chairs is perfect for relaxing with family and friends. Yard games are included.
