This spacious townhouse in Dunelawn condominiums, is located in between downtown Ogunquit and Ogunquit beach. This beautifully decorated townhouse has three levels of living, an attached garage and two private outdoor spaces.
This condominium has three bedrooms, 2 1/2 bathrooms, fully applianced kitchen, washer and dryer, and fully furnished.
On the lower level, you will find the master bedroom and bath. The master bathroom has a double vanity and whirlpool tub. The master bedroom has french doors that open out your own private garden with patio. It has a king size bed, and a chaise lounge for relaxing.
The second bedroom is also located on the lower level and has a trundle bed, so you can sleep two people.
The washer and dryer are located on the lower level as well.
The many windows on the main level provide you with a lot of natural light. The entire main level of living has hardwood flooring and is beautifully decorated with area rugs. You will find a half bath, and a fully applianced kitchen which opens out to a dining area and family room. The dining area seats eight people. The family room has a wood burning fireplace, and leather furniture that comfortably seats 8 people. It has french doors which open to a private deck with ocean views.
The third level of living is carpeted and has a full bathroom, linen closet with extra blankets and bed linens, and a large loft style bedroom with two double beds and a ceiling fan.
This condominium has it all!!! It comes with beach towels, beach chairs, sand toys and more. Whether you plan on taking the family for summer vacation or enjoying the holidays somewhere different, you won't be disappointment spending your time away here in Ogunquit, Maine at our favorite spot to get away!!!

About Lauren Hajjar
My sister and I have grown up spending our summers at this beach house. It has been in our family since the building of the townhouses in Dunelawn. We grew up in Andover, MA, which is a 50 to 60 minute drive for us, so spending our free time up in Ogunquit is quite manageable. Since we now have our own families, we don't get to spend as much time as we use to up here, so we would like to share our home away from home with you.

This townhouse is very unique, as it has the best ocean views out of all the townhouses in Dunelawn; our mother could attest to that as she went on every deck as they were being built to see which one has the best view. And lucky for us, it happened to be an end unit, so you only have neighbors on one side and more natural light on the other. This property has been in our family since it was just a foundation with siding. We were attracted to this property for its location. If you exit to Main street, you are in the heart of great restaurants and shopping downtown. If you exit the back way or River St. exit, you are less than an half mile walking distance to the beautiful clean Ogunquit beach. There are also great restaurants down at the beach. You can fish, sun tan, run/walk the 5 mile beach or even surf, paddleboard or kyak.
What makes this Townhome unique
What made us fall in love with this property is a combination of its location, ocean views and well kept grounds. The location, is close enough for us to go back home for work, yet makes you feel as though you are in another world. The ocean views from the deck are relaxing and beautiful, and we can never get enough. The grounds of Dunelawn are well kept and the fact that we plant our garden every Memorial day has become a wonderful family tradition that we always look forward to every year. Now, you can enjoy the property that boasts so many wonderful qualities.

Location Location Location!!!!!!!!
Our family has had the privilege to rent this outstanding condominium July 2015 and July 2016. This property is beautiful, spacious and well maintained. It is literally in town ( in walking distance to shops and restaurants) and steps to the beach. The master suite, which is located on the lower level has been recently renovated and has a jacuzzi tub in the bathroom and a private patio. The third floor has a very large loft with its own private bathroom. We have had many many wonderful family times here and we can not say enough great things about this home. Also the owner is wonderful to work with!!!!!
This beautiful 3 level townhouse at Dunelawn Condominiums is located within 1 mile walking distance to Ogunquit beach and the downtown village. There is an abundance of local boutiques and restaurants, within walking distance. You can walk to the scenic Marginal way and walk to Perkins Cove where you can dine at Barnacle Billy's or hop on one of their sunset cruises or lobster/ fishing trips. There are fabulous restaurants on your way to Perkins Cove, which is a 15 minute walk from the condo. Many restaurants are family friendly, some of our favorites are The Front Porch in downtown village, Five- 0 on Shore Rd, along with That Place in Ogunquit, and MC's in Perkins Cove. We are located within less than 5 miles of the famous Ogunquit Playhouse, where you can enjoy live theatre, or drive 2.8 miles to enjoy a round of golf at Cape Neddick golf course. You can also take the local trolley around Ogunquit or hop on over to Wells, Maine. You could hop in your car to the Kittery Outlets for a 10-15 min. drive, stop at York's Wild Kingdom on your way or head North to Kennebunkport, ME which is a 10-15 minute drive. There are places to rent surf boards, paddle boards and bicycles within walking distance. Also within walking distance is the Levitt Movie Theatre (across the street), Villiage grocery store, gas station, atm/banks, restaurants, bars, beach access.
