Step back in time at Frontier Log Cabin at Acorn Ridge Retreat --- an 1860's rustic retreat set on a beautiful, wooded hill in the heart of Hocking Hills. This cozy loft style cabin features a queen size bed, nicely stocked kitchenette with refrigerator and convection oven. We offer hi-speed Wi-Fi and Spectrum TV. Relax in the privately located hot tub year around after a day of hiking and exploring Hocking Hills!
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Gather used towels and linens and place them in the laundry baskets and strip beds that were used (leave comforters folded on the beds).
Seal all trash in provided bags and place in the dumpster at the end of the driveway at the end of your stay. Properly dispose of cigarette butts and any outdoor debris belonging to you.
Please leave the cabin in "broom clean" condition. Wash and put away all dishes. Clear and wipe kitchen counters, tables and refrigerator. Return furnishings to their original position.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please be considerate of all guests on the property and observe quiet hours from 11pm to 9am.
Pets must be on a leash, always kept with owners, and are not to be allowed on bedspreads, blankets, or furniture. Towels and linens are not for pets.

We enjoyed the privacy; hot tub view was over the woods. Lots of birds. Easy to find, but look for the sign referenced in the description; our maps app didn't pick that up. Very comfortable, close to all the hiking we wanted to do. Thanks!

We loved our stay at the cabin. Very peaceful listening to the birds in a secluded area. The fire pit was perfect. Cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. Excellent and timely communication with host. The driveway to the cabin is fairly steep so use low gear if you don't have 4-wheel drive. We had no issues in low gear.

The cabin was very home like and very secluded in the woods. The hot tub was very enjoyable and clean! The only downside of the cabin was the cleanliness. The cabin was very dusty, and the shower had some stains on it. Otherwise, the cabin was very nice and my boyfriend and I loved our stay!
