The Space:

Welcome to your beautifully remodeled coastal retreat, ideally located on the fourth floor of Waters Edge on Okaloosa Island. Conveniently situated near the parking garage, you’ll enjoy the ease of having parking just steps from your front door.



Inside, this thoughtfully updated condo features elegant tile flooring throughout the kitchen, hallway, and bathrooms, creating a clean and modern feel. Step out onto your private balcony—accessible through sliding glass doors off the living room—and take in breathtaking Gulf Coast sunsets while keeping an eye out for dolphins playing in the surf.



The fully equipped kitchen is designed to impress, boasting sleek granite countertops, a new full-size stainless steel refrigerator, and all the cookware and tools needed to prepare anything from quick bites to memorable family meals. Gather around the stylish extendable dining table, which comfortably seats up to six—perfect for shared dinners or lively game nights.



For entertainment, the condo offers two flat-screen TVs with DVD players, making it easy to unwind with your favorite shows or enjoy a cozy movie night.

Lovely Spot

Pretty sure I’m not a person who would enjoy this spot during peak season, but it’s perfect for the off season. The views and sounds of the beach, water and sky are fantastic. Kitchen and bedroom were equipped and comfortable. We really enjoyed ourselves.

The unit is very easily accessed. Very convenient beach access. The unit is very dated and much smaller than it appears in the listing.

Our 2nd stay at this property. Always delivers.

Loved it. This is our 2nd time staying at this property. Not a fan of the hard line 4 pm check in. Seems like a PR move for Covid that really does nothing.

Very Nice Get Away

My husband and I spent four nights here for a quick getaway. The condo is very nicely maintained and was one of the cleaner beach rentals we have experienced. The hall bathtub did drain very slowly and should be addressed. This is plenty of room for two people and it was nice having the extra bathroom. Having covered parking was a plus in the hot weather. We wanted and enjoyed the beach service set up and the pool was huge, clean and very nice. Overall I would recommend this unit.
