About this property

Beautiful Condo on a BEAUTIFUL BEACH!!

Just steps away from white sand and the gorgeous emerald waters of Navarre.(no streets to cross) Navarre Beach is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and Navarre Beach which includes miles of undeveloped beaches.

Our condo is on the 2nd floor, looking directly down onto the swimming pool and tennis courts. The balcony has plenty of outside chairs and table for enjoying your morning coffee, or evening beverages!

There is a queen size bed in the master with it's own private bathroom and shower. The guest room also has a queen size bed. The living room is large and spacious and decorated with beautiful leather couches as well as an over-sized chair with ottoman for you to relax on after a long day at the beach or pool. One of the couches has a queen size pull out bed, as well as a roll-away in the master bedroom closet!

There is plenty of sitting at the large kitchen table, as well as plenty of bar-stools at the breakfast bar for sitting and eating.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities you will need for making full meals while you are staying with us!

There are beach chairs, umbrella and other beach items in the outside closet of the condo for you to use as well! We also have a full size washer/dryer for your use.

I believe you will find our condo nicely decorated and has everything you will want for a great, affordable vacation!

The condo was nice and great for a beach family vacation. It’s a short 2 minute walk to the beach and has several restaurants in walking distance. The host is friendly and answered questions quickly. My only complaint is that condo smelled like fish and needed to be cleaned better (there was a lot of dust).

Perfect Vacation

We arrived about 4:30 and was able to get into condo immediately. It is located very near the pier, and several restaurants/bars. Also, a short drive to Opal beach. Located about halfway between Destin and Pensacola. So, lots to see and do. Definitely will be going back there again next year.

We really enjoyed the stay. The property was just as listed. We had everything we needed for cooking. We were even surprised to find a closet full of books, puzzles etc if we found ourselves bored.

Quick getaway

We loved the location of this condo in Navarre. It was extremely quiet as we were the only visitors this week. One thing we would recommend is some updating on the windows. The wind howling through them made our son scared to sleep in the bedrooms. Otherwise everything was great and the owners had extra beach toys/chairs for us to borrow.

Our rental was clean and well maintained. Other reviews have said it was not well stocked but when we went we were pleased. Internet worked great and having tennis courts on the property was excellent. One minor issue came up and it was resolved in record time. My daughter felt it was a great stay as well.

Navarre Getaway

Our stay overall stay was great. The location is perfect and just a 1 minute walk to the beach. Plus there are plenty of places to go an eat within 5-15 minutes. The condo was nice too, it had everything that you would need for a family vacation. It just needs some maintenance on some things, such as the windows, you can hear the wind through the windows, so they need to be either updated or fixed. The water coming out of the faucets smells like mildew, so they need to be looked at by a plumber to make sure that isn't any bigger issues with the water. The air conditioning duct work and handler needs to be cleaned, every time it kicked on you could smell an odor that smells musky. The second bathroom (not the master) toilet handle sticks a lot, so I would recommend replacing it. Lastly, the exterior door to the condos needs to be replaced, it doesn't always close properly and you can tell that the door frame is larger than the door. I would still recommend this place, especially if they take care of all of the items listed. The price wasn't too bad, and like I mentioned, the location is great if you want to get away to the beach.

Our stay at Beachview was amazing, couldn’t have picked better accommodations or location, absolutely perfect. The location is close enough for traveling to Destin and Pensacola, which made it nice. Communicating with management was very easy and responses were very quick. All in all we couldn’t have been happier with our stay, it was absolutely perfect.
