It was great perfect weather, it was right across the street from the beach! My golden puppy enjoyed the house location as well!! Gulf Aire has a dog friendly neighborhood & plenty of places to walk ur pet & a few bars & awesome restaurants i highly recommended

Not bad! It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The house is a little dated and the bathrooms especially could use some upgrades. We were unable to get codes to use the downstairs door which made it difficult to load and unload the car. The beach access was a little misleading, it is a bit of a walk down the road so we drove instead but it was still close by. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The house was amazing. Very well stocked for anything that you would need from cooking to towels, etc. There is a short walk to the beach, so make sure you have a wagon.All in all, this was a great house for us.

We enjoyed our stay here, especially the pool table. The master is on the second floor and the additional bedrooms are on the ground floor. The rooms are spacious and nicely decorated. - they felt fresh.

Great place to stay rain or shine

This house is great for families and is in a great spot right across the street from the beach. The views are lovely from the porch. Because of the pool table, air hockey table and TV downstairs, this spot is great even if the weather is not. We walked down the street to one of the food trucks for dinner. Very convenient.

Prefect family beach location!

Easy checkin & checkout process by text &/or email. Great location across street from St Joe Beach for beautiful unobstructed west views to enjoy the sunsets. Prefect size rental for 6-8 family members. Public beach access is only 2 blocks away. Great to have Dollar General next door for supplies. I would rent this “Tranquil Seas” VRBO home again.

Great location, perfect sunset porch!

Had a great stay. Was perfect for our family with master upstairs and other bedrooms downstairs for teens/kids with game area and extra living room space. Great porch and well stocked kitchen. A couple of small issues that could improve the listing.. a grill!! Many families cook out at the beach and this should come standard with the house. Luckily i had read reviews and we brought a portable one. Also shamp/cond in showers was not refilled/stocked. Some ants were in bedrooms downstairs(we found bottle of ant killer so were able to spray) Additionally be aware you can’t use the beach access directly across from the house, which wasn’t a deal breaker but def made getting down the beach a little more difficult. Despite couple small things, we would stay at this listing again.

Loved the location and the layout of the house. Everything was as advertised. Only issue was where there had been a water leak in the downstairs ceiling. There was a hole and mold in the ceiling from the water leak.

Close to everything; beautifully decorated with enough to Leto you entertained during bad weather and sunset views off the deck. Would recommend gate at top of stairs on deck to keep kids and puppies safe.

Nice sunset spot.

There were 6-8 beaches within a short driving distance as well as the one across the street. All had their own characteristics and were great for walks. Accommodations were nicely appointed and met all expectations. No grill, if that makes a difference. Would recommend.
