Great location and the unit overall was great but there are some definite upgrades needed. The floors are just stained concrete which is fine but they were still a little sandy from previous renters and there was no vacuum or broom in the unit that we could use to sweep up. Not many rugs either so had to wear my flip flops inside constantly.
There is a regular coffee pot/maker, which is fine, but apparently the original pot must have gotten broken and someone replaced it with one that is not tall enough for the coffee to drain in the pot. I had to stand there and hold the pot up to the filter cup so the coffee could drain into the pot.
There is some cookware but not any big pots. And the cups in the cupboard were greasy so had to hand wash before using them.
The denim slip cover on the sofa is stained and really needs to be replaced.
On the positive side, the unit itself is a great size and the beds were very comfortable. And this unit’s assigned parking spots are right under the bldg, so they’re covered.
Beautiful property overlooking the bay. About a 5 minute walk down the road to a public beach, so bring a wagon, if you can for easier transport.
