Step into this bright condo and be careful not to fall over at the spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico! Families can cook in the fully equipped kitchen while kiddos claim the hall bunks. Guests can partake in shared amenities like two pools (one seasonally heated), hot tub, fitness center, charcoal grill, and outdoor showers.



WHAT’S NEARBY

Guests can walk straight to the beach from the ground floor of the building. Beyond that, personalized tours by Florida Dolphin and Snorkel Tours are available just 13-and-a-half miles from the resort. Pier Park, with a variety of shops and restaurants in a bright setting, is just three miles from the condo. Head just over 14 miles to the eastern end of Panama City Beach and visit St. Andrews State Park, where guests can explore the pier and hop on a shuttle boat tour.

Great Panama City Stay

You can't beat the view of the beach, the gulf and the sunsets. The kitchen could use a little update. The heated pool is a plus!

Beautiful Ocean View

This condo was very nice and well kept. A great location with beautiful views and close to shopping, restaurants etc. The 2 pools and jacuzzi tubs were great for relaxing and spending time with the family. We would love to stay again in the future

Wonderful visit!

We had an amazing experience with our stay and getting checked into the room. We arrived a little early and had called to see if we could check in early. The woman on the phone checked to make sure the room had been cleaned and finished and accommodated our early arrival. Everything was super clean and our stay was very nice. The view from the balcony was A+

Nice simple condo

This is a nice simple condo. Nothing fancy. It was clean but needed a little maintenance. Never had to wait long for an elevator.

Nice stay considering the circumstances

We had a good time at the condo despite the circumstances. Had to leave a day early to get back home out of concerns related to the Coronavirus. Didn’t receive the e-mail about modifying reservations booked before March 13th until we were on our way home. Would like to get the last day refunded if at all possible.

Honeymoon experience

Overall, we had a nice experience at this property. Rooms were clean other than a used bar of soap left in the master shower and pickers being stuck to the sheets that we had to go and remove ourselves. The location of the condos were very nice and the beach was a very short walk out which was very nice. Major problem with this location is elevator wait times. One of the three elevators worked majority of our stay and during busy times (mornings around 9-10 and afternoons 4-7) the wait could be as long as a hour just to catch an elevator.

Better cleaning

Overall our stay was very nice and highly enjoyable. My only complaint would be the initial cleanliness of the room. With the COVID-19 pandemic causing the cleaning fees to be raised I was expecting a much cleaner room. There was dried soda on the inside of the front door and along the wall upon entering. Trash was found in the bedroom nightstand. The kitchen counters still had crumbs and food smudges from the previous guests along with crumbs of chips in the living room carpet. The coffee table also had dried soda that was spilt. The bedroom sheets and bathroom were in pristine condition so it seems that was the main focus of the cleaners. Again, our overall stay was great and would definitely return for future vacations.

Some frustrations

Very hard to reach someone knowledgeable to help check in for parking when we arrived. Also much confusion over paying $30 for parking as it was communicated to me that parking for two cars were included. I was told this is very inaccurate and happens often, so I was forced to pay the $30 or have my car towTV. Could not get logged in to Hulu on the tv. The kitchen appliances, floor and also bathroom floor could have been cleaner.

Terrible

No human SEEN ALL WEEK TOHELP WITH PARKING TEXT THE Only communication # we had never heard back on one but other person said you didn’t need a pass so we parked after staying in front of resort after dark if your Old and not technically incline it’s not FUN LOVED LOCATION LOVED ROOM AND COVENANT TO BEACH BUT THE LASt NIGHT WE WERE THREATENED TO HAVE OUR VEHICLE blew the hell out of the wonderful vacation we had had up until know ant although we lived the beginning of week the last night was horrible WILL NEVER STAY RHERE AGAIN NO GO THROUGH LaCasa even though the last lady we talked to from La casa helped us BUT I HAVE NEVER HEARD OF A PLACE THAT YOU STAY CHARGED $30 to park in a $200 a night place it’s not the money to park if you were aware of it before you arrive after dark and NO HELP ANYWAY WILL NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN

Perfect Week Away!

The stay at Celadon Beach 1706 was wonderful. We balcony provided a beautiful and impressive view at sunrise and sunset. PERFECT location right off the elevators. I expected the foot traffic to be noisy, but we did not have an issue. The elevators were slow the first day, but there was no problem after that, I believe our max wait time was 10 minutes. The parking across the street was well lit, easy to park, load/unload, and come in and out and get back to our condo and/or down to the beach. We only used the outdoor pool for a few moments, however, we chose this resort for the indoor/outdoor pool. The bunk hall was fun and beds throughout were ultra comfortable. We fixed a lot of our meals and could have used some better supplies in the kitchen (better knives, mainly), however I know that stuff comes and goes. We had enough supplies to last us all week of our stay (toilet paper/paper towels) we did not use the laundry detergent because we brought our own. However, I believe there was either one or two washes supplied. The chairs provided was another reason we chose this condo. That was wonderful to go down each day and have chairs provided (get there early and put your name down). The access to the beach was quick AND the beach was one of the least crowded in Panama City due to it being the last high rise condo. It was not over crowded and was absolutely wonderful (and the beach was impressively clean). I can not say enough wonderful things about this property. Did it have some quirks and things I would change? Sure. But overall, I was able to find 10 things to the 1 thing that was like “ek, ugh.” Highly recommend staying here! We traveled with 2 adults and a 9 year old and it had plenty of room for multiple others adults or children.

Nice condo with hard bed

Our condo was very nice. My only complaint was that the master bed was very hard. The owner needs to do something about this ASAP. I was very pleased with the 2 beach chairs & umbrellas that came with the condo. I was unaware that there was an on-line parking registration form that I needed to complete until Vacassa called to check on my estimated time of arrival. The form was sent to me via an e-mail. We were travelling in the car so I hadn't been checking e-mail. I link in the e-mail did not show as a hyperlink up in my e-mailso I couldn't see it. A heads up that an e-mail was going to be sent to be the morning of our arrival would have been helpful. Also I wasn't given the code to the swimming pool as part of my check-in information. I know that I could have easily have gotten the code if I had called someone but I was more interested in going to the beach so I didn't call anyone. I also think the fees for the condo could have been displayed better. I was surprised to find out when I got my credit card bill that there was a separate VRBO fee and a separate damage waiver fee. In the write up for the condo there was what I thought was a total fee for the condo but it didn't include these 2 amounts. I probably would not have rented this condo if I had realized that there were 2 more fees as the condo was already quite expensive.
