You’ll love the private beach access with bathrooms. Comfortable touches lie around every corner at your third-floor vacation rental, spanning 1,600 square feet! There's plenty of seating for you to come together while making plans for the beach. Take in a city view on the comfortably furnished balcony - but the inside is comfortably cooled by central air-conditioning. Essential amenities like a shared outdoor shower (for rinsing off sand), a private washer/dryer, and a dedicated covered parking space will make your stay go smoothly. The full kitchen not only features full-size appliances but also helpful kitchen equipment and a prep island that also serves as a breakfast bar. Age-appropriate games and toys and available for younger guests. The playground and shared pool and hot tub are just steps away.

Please be aware there is a $40 registration fee per vehicle that covers your parking pass and wristbands. This fee is collected upon check in at the onsite registration desk that is run by the HOA.



The Neighborhood:

Explore the vibrant neighborhood surrounding our beachfront condo in Panama City Beach! Step directly onto the pristine white sands and enjoy the sun, surf, and stunning views. You're perfectly positioned to witness breathtaking sunrises and sunsets over the Gulf. For entertainment, Pier Park is a short drive away, offering a variety of shops, restaurants, and attractions like Ripley's Believe It or Not and WonderWorks. If the weather isn't cooperating, enjoy indoor fun at Dave & Buster's or catch a movie at the AMC theater, also located at Pier Park. Embrace the 'Fun in the Florida Sun' and create unforgettable memories!



Other Things to Note:

REFRIGERATOR: There may be a 12-hour delay in the cooling process of the fridge when you first arrive and load groceries, so please plan accordingly.

SECURITY: Security is on-site from 5 pm to 5 am nightly.

FRONT DESK: The front desk is open daily from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm CST.

FITNESS CENTER: The fitness center is open from 7 am to 9 pm. Please wear shirts and shoes at all times and wipe down equipment after use. The fitness center is located in the east tower on the Lobby Floor.

COFFEE SHOP: The shop is open from 7 am to 2 pm daily. The shop is located in the West tower on the Lobby level.

POOL: The pool/spa are open from 8 am to 10 pm. No horseplay is allowed.

QUIET TIME: Quiet time is from 10 pm to 8 am. Thank you!

RULES: No smoking or pets are allowed. No emotional support animals are allowed per HOA regulation.

AC: Do not turn the AC below 70 degrees or above 78 degrees to avoid issues. Please also keep balcony doors closed while the AC/heat is on.

RIPTIDE BAR AND GRILL - The poolside grill is open from March to September. Located by the Ground level pool area.

BEACH SERVICES- We are not associated with beach service. Beach service may be complimentary to some units via Splash HOA/Owner(s), Guest must visit the Beach Hut located on the beach for more information regarding if beach service is complimentary for the booked unit or the pricing and availability.

LUGGAGE CARTS- Luggage carts are located on the lobby level of the parking garage; first come first serve.

PARKING: Palm Coast Code Chapter 44-Parking on the street or lawn is prohibited. -Parking in the swales is prohibited between 1:00 AM and 6:00 AM. -Only licensed passenger vehicles, which include an automobile, motorcycle, moped, passenger van, SUV, or pickup truck may be parked in residential zones.-Recreational vehicles may not be used for overnight lodging in any driveway.-No vehicles of any kind may be parked overnight on undeveloped private property.-It is prohibited and unlawful to park or store a utility trailer at any time.-Trailers and recreational vehicles must be stored in an off-site storage area (RV’s, Boats, travel trailers, utility trailers, etc.) No commercial vehicles allowed. Should you have any questions about what is allowed to be parked at this residence please contact us immediately.

THE BEACH: The 'wet sand beach' is not private property, so enjoy sitting, relaxing or building sandcastles on the white sandy beaches. If you dig holes in the sand, please fill in the holes so baby turtles just hatched, don't get trapped in the holes. The 'dry sand dunes' are off limits. It’s considered private property. The sea oats and sand dunes act as a wall to help protect property from storm surges. The dunes are also part of the coastal ecosystem that hosts a wide range of animals. From shoreline birds, beach-nesting birds, sea turtles and dune mice. The survival of these animals is by protecting the sea oats and sand dunes which are very fragile and cannot survive being trampled on.

If we are flying in, do you offer an airport shuttle? No, we recommend 30A ON DEMAND

Is there any food in the vacation home? No. All open food products including salt, pepper, sugar, seasoning and coffee are thrown out after every check-out.

Is there an ice maker on the property? No, every unit has a refrigerator with an ice maker

Is there daily housekeeping service? No.

Is the pool heated? No.

Is there a crib? No. Crib Rental Companies: Crib Connection, Beach Baby. Reservations must be made at least 3 days prior to guest arrival

Is children day care or nanny service available? No, if you need someone to watch an elder or children, you can contact “Nurse or Nanny home health”

Is there a church or chapel at the resort? No, the closest church is PCB First Assembly of God. The church is 0.6 miles away and has a Wednesday worship at 7:00 PM with a complimentary dinner from 6:00 PM - 6:40 PM Sunday worship 10:30 AM

What time is check in? Your check-in will be promptly at 4 PM.

Is there entertainment close by? Yes, Pier Park (Panama City Beach), an outdoor mall with plenty of places to choose to Eat, Drink, Shop & with Entertainment that includes a fishing pier, Dave & Busters and the SkyWheel ferris wheel.

CELL PHONE RECEPTION: Your vacation is in paradise. Long stretches of pristine beaches made up of the brightest of white sands. Refreshing and relaxing. Unfortunately, this beauty limits the amount of cell phone towers in the area. The coverage is marginal with one or two bars and even worse when the network is over capacity with thousands of visitors in town.



Interaction with Guests:

ARRIVAL: Check-in starts at 4 PM CST and is guaranteed by 6 PM. You may check into your condo using the code in the check-in email. You will need to register with the Splash Gift Shop. The hours of operation are from 8 am to 4 pm daily. Parking passes must be displayed on your vehicle and wristbands must be worn in order to use on-site amenities. If you are checking in after the desk is closed, you will need to stop by the following day to retrieve the materials. You may still use the amenities if you arrive after hours.

Enjoyable Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. It was more than enough space for our family of 6. We enjoyed sitting on the corner balcony for morning coffee. We loved the amenities, the pool, hot tub, grill, ect., grilling utensils would be a helpful addition. Thanks for a great stay!

Beautiful condo; well, equipped kitchen; great air conditioner; amazing pool; not the owners fault, but the elevator went out - hard to carry groceries in suitcases up and down the steps; the fourth bedroom definitely needs a door!

Spring Break paradise

The perfect location on 30A - so close to the beach and shops. The condo was better and even more spacious than the photos. We loved pool area- so magical with the lights at night. It was an incredible trip and the perfect place to stay.

My family had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful condo. It was comfortable and close to everything. Pool and playground area is very nice. The beds in this unit are very comfortable. It was very clean and well equipped , could use one large pot although. We love staying at redfish village! Would definitely stay again in this unit.

Great weekend!!!

We had 10 women having a girls weekend and it was PERFECT!!! Location and condo was AWESOME!! The stove scared me a bit as the wording has I assume to have rubbed off so we weren’t able to see degrees etc also toilet seat in one of the bathrooms was broke but could still use it Other than those two things that I did call and report was again a PERFECT time

Family room

All of the furniture in the family room was soaking wet and had a terrible smell from cleaning materials. Was unable to use for several days until Tuesday morning. Called the management company and they said someone would come to check-NO ONE EVER SHOWED!!!!

Blue Mountain gem!!

We have stayed in this area for several years. It was our first time staying at Red Fish. I would definitely stay here again. Only down side was the air conditioning was not working (thankfully it was October)- they were able to bring a few temporary units to help cool the place down, however the communication was not great about when they would arrive and what to expect. The dryer was super loud and squeaky towards the end of the week, but with the poor communication dealing with the air we just tried to ignore the noise. These 2 things aside, the location is fantastic, the amenities were wonderful, they supplied us with a wagon, chairs, beach toys etc which a great surprise. The beds were extremely comfortable. I would absolutely return again!

Spacious with great amenities

We really did have a great stay, but I have a few comments for improvement. The house was spacious and the beach access, pool, and grills were great amenities. We were disappointed to learn that the bunk room doesn't have a door on it (I see now that the virtual tour would show that, but the pictures/info didn't). I feel that's important since people are probably looking at a room with 4 bunk beds as a good place for their children, but it's not good to put them to bed and be able to still hang out as adults. There was plenty of parking. We had two vehicles, and the 1 not in the assigned parking spot was always able to park right at the staircase to our room. The town is quiet with a cute little restaurant in the complex (with delicious food and live music), and two ice cream places across the street. The walk to the beach was easy and 1 block away, and the unit had a wagon and beach toys in it. Only providing 2 trash bags for a week-long stay in a place that can accommodate 10 adults seems like an unnecessary skimp in costs when I'm paying over $4k for a week stay. Communication on where the unit is located in the whole complex, where the trash chute is, and how to access the beach could be improved. Our stay was over the 1st of the month, which meant the beach and pool gate codes changed; I had to call and get the information instead of it automatically being provided. Additionally, the type of light/fan in the front two bedrooms is the same, which meant that the remote in one room controlled both of them. This was really frustrating since I had a kid sleeping in one of the rooms, so we had to go without the fan in either room in case someone tried to turn a light on in the other and cause both the lights to go on. But all those 'negatives' are small, and the place was great. I'd recommend!
