The Space:

This attractive, completely-renovated, top-floor condo features extra high ceilings, a well-equipped, full kitchen, a comfortable living area, and a huge main suite - all of which have wraparound windows offering breathtaking views of the Gulf, the oversize lagoon pool, and the hot tub.



Crescent 404 boasts all-new decor that models a modern, tranquil beach vibe throughout, perfectly compatible with the calm surroundings here in Miramar Beach. The large, open kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar, while meals can be enjoyed together at the formal dining table for four or outside on the expansive balcony accessible from both the living area and the primary bedroom.



The main bedroom offers a 50' wall-mounted TV and a plush, king-size bed, while the beautifully renovated en suite bath includes a large vanity and a giant, walk-in double shower with two benches. The spacious guest room includes two double beds, a TV, and a newly-renovated en suite bath with a tiled tub/shower combo.



The Crescent is a low-density building with all the resort amenities you would need in one of the best locations on Miramar Beach - within walking distance of restaurants and the outlet mall. Would stay here again

Great location! Lovely beach that wasn’t very crowded even for spring break. Our unit was spacious and a good fit for our family of 2 adults and 2 teens. Condo could use some updating but had a beautiful view of the beach and the gulf. We loved the location of The Crescent and the friendly staff!

Five stars all the way! Unit 404 - awesome. Staff - awesome. Communication pre/post trip - awesome!

I can’t say it enough but unit 404, the staff (Tim) at the front desk and communication with Vacasa exceeded my expectations. This was TRULY a SEAMLESS process - from booking the trip to check out. ***one thing to mention about the unit - the master bedroom door does not close all the way or lock, also the balcony door off the living room doesn’t lock either*** Besides that it was still a five star stay!
