We had a great week! Really didn’t like that there was no way to lock the door from the inside at night time with kids in the condo!

I have no complaints about the condo apartment itself. Everything was as advertised. The elevators caused much frustration. One elevator was out of commission the entire time. The second elevator worked half the time. To add to that frustration was a lack of luggage carts which caused us to make several trips when checking in or after getting groceries. Wait time was often extremely long. I know you may not have any direct control over the elevators but it was enough of an issue that I will make sure they are all three functional before considering to come back.

First issue started before we got there. Did not receive door code and had to sit on phone for over and hour to get the code for door. Upon entering there was dirty dishes in drawers. There was no deadbolt lock on door. And there were small bugs that looked like little roaches all in the kitchen
