Great time!

Lovely house, and we had a very nice time. The house was well equipped, and having the shops/restaurants at the Hub just a 30 second walk away was really cool.

Fun place to stay!

Beautiful home in a great location. The open floor plan was very conducive for my large party of 8. Only complain is the cleaning company didn’t do that great of a job, so we had to clean a little when we got in, but that was the only not favorable experience. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect getaway on 30A

The location is perfect. The home is decorated beautifully and has nice finishings. The bikes were a plus. Parking is easy and convenient. The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is open and has everything you will need. The neighborhood is safe and folks are friendly. I will book here again.

Holiday visit

Lovely place near family. Was very disappointed that upon arrival there was no heat on main floor. Contacted vacasa but no response for more than 24 hrs. I had to relocate my elderly mom to another accommodation.

Beautiful home!

We spent Presidents Day weekend here and loved it! The home was spotless and had all of the comforts of home. We loved the beautiful pool and the short drive across the street to the Deer Lake State Park beach. It felt like a secluded, private beach and was simply gorgeous. We love the location of Prominence, as it is in between Alys Beach and Seaside, our favorite spots to have dinner and shop. Thank you!

Beautiful town home in a great location

We enjoyed our stay with the exception of the dryer not working and there being only 2 TVs. While this sounds trivial, we had 2 families staying with littles so when they woke up in the morning it would have been nice to be able to watch TV in the bed rather than having to get up and go downstairs.

Nice, spacious, well kept

Our family had a great stay at the Beach Oasis. The house was nice, spacious and well kept. We enjoyed the bikes and the pool area. The pictures do not do it justice. Being across the street from the HUB was a great perk for shopping. Since we came in October, there were a number of places that had closed for the season however. We also missed the beach transportation, but we were able to drive and enjoy a lot of wonderful time at the beach. Neighborhood is in between Seagrove and Alys beach. Lots of shopping and restaurants close by.

Owner gave us wrong code for getting in and we never got the right code for the pool. Furnishings weren’t as nice as last place we stayed in Prominence.

It was a very nice stay. Location was good for activities other than the beach.

Only wish the beach access was easier and more convenient. The state park was beautiful but a long walk with all the beach stuff. They charge you a small fee to enter per car. This should either be included in your stay where you get a pass or wrist bands. I went running one day and wanted to run on the beach and the state patrol would not let me run out to the beach because I didn’t have money. The Condo was beautiful. One small issue with a broken bed my daughter slept in but the owner was very attentive and available. The Hub was a nice walk and very convenient. Shirt drive to the craziness of seaside and short drive to rosemary. Overall a very nice trip.

Nice townhome

We stayed here for a week at Spring Break. The house is very pretty and well furnished. We were comfortable and enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was very well stocked with everything we needed. The house was very clean with exception of the kitchen floor. Someone had obviously spilled something sticky but it was never mopped up. Other than that everything was immaculate. The beach access it about a mile walk or a short bike ride. The convenience of the outdoor area across the street, "The Hub" was nice. If you are wanting to be close to the square go closer into Seaside, it's about 5 miles away. If you want a nice quiet family place to relax, this is a good location. The community pool area is very nice!

Wonderful home!

My family was very pleased with our stay at Beach Oasis. When we arrived, the code to the door didn't work so we called the owner. He picked up right away, quickly resolved the issue, and got us the right code. The fact that the owner was so responsive is an important aspect of picking any rental since unexpected issues can always come up. The home was immaculate when we arrived. It was clean and had all the comforts of home. There were bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, and a few beach toys for the kids. The shuttle to the beach was very responsive whenever we needed it. The pool was awesome. Overall, this is a great home for families who want a Florida vacation. I would highly recommend it.

Awesome Vacation!

Beach Oasis was well decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The place was brand new and everything was cleaning! The kitchen was well equipped for us to,prepare our meals and morning smoothies. My husband enjoyed grilling steaks and salmon on one of the evenings we stayed in. The bedrooms were tastefully decorated and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed biking to the beautiful resort style pool and to the beach at nearby Deer Lake Park. The bikes, beach chairs and umbrella included with our rental was a plus. My husband and kids went to the gym which they said was a bit small (only 4 pieces of equipment, a universal weight machine, elliptical, treadmill and an exercise bike). Most of all we enjoyed the "Hub" across the street had live music every night and a variety of dining when we did not want to cook. The kids really enjoyed the fun "backyard" atmosphere of the Hub. We can't wait to come back for our next vacation!

Just as described..

We really enjoyed our stay at Beach Oasis. The property was well maintained and clean. We did contribute some measuring cups and a dust pan as those were not available. The only other suggestion is to provide some blankets or recommend that they be brought as the beds have a sheet and a light quilt only. The complex was very well maintained and loved the pool. Never really crowded. The beach is about a 1 mile drive to the state park and then a 1/4 mile walk on the boardwalk. Very easy overall. The beach was never crowded in our area compared to the beaches on down. The owner was available when needed as slight miscommunication on the codes to get into the house and pool. Bikes and helmets were a plus. Highly recommend. Thanks for the use of your property.

Summer Vacation at Beach Oasis in Prominence

Brand new beautiful townhouse in the new community of Prominence located between Seagrove and Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. This is a new 3 bedroom 2.5 townhouse in Prominence that is casually decorated with a very well stocked kitchen. The two queen rooms do not have TVs. The unit comes with 4 bikes, beach chairs, and a garage. The best amenity is the huge resort style pool and the community area called "The Hub". The Hub has a family friendly common area with restaurants, shops, and live events. Our biggest disappointment was the inconvenient distance to a beach access. The beach shuttle is limited by time and dates, and the drive to the public access was more than 10 minutes. As a family with beach lovers, we were disappointed not knowing the distance to the beach prior to booking.

Clean and big house but we had problems

The house is big and clean, and it’s right across from the Big Chill, which was cool!! But the first issue was that we were told to park around back, but could only get in the front door. And the back doesn’t connect to the front of the house. So you have to walk around the block. Not a huge deal, just slightly annoying. Then the wifi didn’t work, and there’s no cell service at the house, so we had no way to contact people or figure out where to go for dinner. We had no TV to stream without wifi. They did finally fix it more than 24 hours later but we went more than half our stay without wifi. Then we took the bikes provided and rode to the beach (which was NOT fast or easy to access. The directions provided were not good at all). One bike for a flat tire 4 miles from the house. We called support for the rental and they were not helpful at all. We were told to walk the bike back… which would have taken hours. And we had ONR day at the beach for our vacation. We ended up chaining the bikes up and paying $20 to Uber back.

Great place!

We enjoyed a week in this unit - 1 section of a triplex. We visited during spring break, which is a very busy time in this area, but never felt like the area was overcrowded. Kids could play outside and easily ride bikes, plenty of room to run around. The pool was a short walk down the road, we often went back to the house for lunch without a problem. The pool was never too busy, just active enough to be fun! Pool was well kept and bathrooms were clean there too. The Hub is across the main road, still an easy walk for dinner or a movie night on their big screen. Finding easy beach access was a bit difficult because we preferred to walk, but we were able to find a nice quiet beach after a bit of searching and a long walk. A few things to prepare for that shouldn't be discouraging from renting this property, just a heads up! The balcony above the garage in the photo does not belong to this unit. There is a nice balcony on the backside of the property though. Supplies provided are very slim: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, tiny bottle of dish soap, a couple of laundry soap pods and zero dishwasher detergent. Again, not a bad thing, just prepare to bring your own. There were hotel size shampoo, conditioner, soap, lotion and mouthwashes in the bathrooms which was nice. Also, zero salt, pepper, coffee filters, basic things of that nature. Not an issue, but we usually find those things in the places we've stayed in the past. I just had to make a few extra trips to the store because I was a little unprepared for those things. Overall, it was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again!
