The Space:

It's all about the view at this Gulf front rental on the Emerald Coast! Prepare meals in your full kitchen, put your feet up and breathe in the salty sea air from your private, furnished balcony, or head downstairs and experience all the on-site, resort amenities including a large, heated pool, fitness room, and an outdoor grilling area.



This vacation rental is within walking distance of several restaurants ranging from family-friendly breakfasts at the Pancakery and excellent Italian fare from Mimmo's Ristorante Italiano. Explore the 208-acres of Henderson Beach State Park where you can hike the nature trail, photograph native wildlife, or just recline on the soft sandy beach. And for those looking to hit the links, the Indian Bayou Golf & Country Club is just a little over a mile north of this rental.

Beach service is not included. A beach service vendor sits on the beach, and guests that wish to rent from the vendor must go out to the hut and pay them.

This unit has a max occupancy, including children. These are rules set by the State of Florida and the State of Florida Fire Codes. The Fire Codes go by square footage and not the beds in a unit. If you arrive with more than the max occupancy listed, the HOA will not allow you to check-in and you will not be entitled to a refund.

Spectacular views from the 8th floor. The condo was quite spacious and centrally located to restaurants and shopping. The grounds and pool area was also very nice.

The location could not be beat. Nice amenities. My only complaint is that the bedroom with the Murphy bed was extremely tight. The bed has to be lifted to get around the room and to close the door. Room is better suited for bunk beds.

We were only here for two nights but it worked out well. Balcony has amazing views. Only some minor issues like the shower curtain rod being broken.
