The condo was fairly rundown. The furniture, especially the couch, was very old and had noticeable stains, which made it uncomfortable to use. The appliances were older but still functional. One of the biggest disappointments was the lack of patio furniture. When I’m at the beach, I love sitting outside and listening to the waves, but the patio only had two plastic chairs and a small plastic table, which was not very comfortable. The rug in the living room was heavily stained, and I did not feel comfortable walking on it without shoes. Overall, the location was excellent, and the rental company was amazing to work with. However, the condo itself is in need of significant updates and maintenance before I would consider staying there again or recommending it to others.

This property was much more outdated in person than I realized from the photos. There are several areas that could use some maintenance. The murphy bed mattress and the bedroom mattress were very comfortable.

It’s a nice place. It’s a little outdated but nice. There are several pools and other amenities on the property that was nice to enjoy. The main bedroom has no ceiling fan. A lot of the outlets do not work and covers are very loose.
