The Space:

Sterling Shores is under renovations for a beautification project. You may see minor construction.



Clean and elegant, this condo features a seaside theme that feels elevated but still family-friendly. Central air conditioning will keep everyone cool inside. Enjoy a wonderful view of the ocean, shared pool, and wider community from your own private furnished balcony. The lovingly decorated full kitchen features a French door fridge and a breakfast bar that seats two guests. Of course, in addition to everything at this condo, guests can enjoy access to two shared pools (one heated seasonally), a seasonal snack shack, a shared outdoor shower, and a shared fitness room during their stay.

The room was clean, check in/ out was easy, and it was very easy to get to the beach! It’s right in the middle of Destin so it’s an easy drive to resturants/ shopping. ***However, this unit needs work! The hot water in the guest bathroom did not work and we took cold showers every night, the dryer did not work, and the balcony door did not lock which was concerning. If these issues are fixed I would stay here again.

Nothing short of amazing!

Quick 2 minute walk to the beach. Condo was super clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Pool was nice and everyone was friendly! Definitely recommend for a family vacation!

Perfect condo for beach weekend

Immediately upon arriving, we were impressed with the property. The check in process was a breeze and the condo was spotless. It was perfect place to stay for a weekend away and was exactly as advertised. The guest room was perfect for our 3 year old and primary suite had plenty of space for myself and my husband. While it was a little too chilly for the large pool, the second heated pool was great. The proximity to the beach and small playground were perfect! I absolutely would rent here again!

Great location

This was a great location! Beach access was easy (5 minute walk) as was the restaurant and candy shop! The condo was very clean and nice however, the beds were uncomfortable and so was the couch. Probably just time for a few upgrades! Other than that we all really enjoyed it!

Great except Furniture

The Sterling Shores property is pretty and this unit was nice except for a couple of things: *the sofa, chair and beds were not comfortable *the living room furniture and rug was worn and dirty; needs to be replaced. I covered them with extra sheets, icky. *the bunk beds in second bedroom were rickety *shower curtains and liners need to be replaced *sometimes the elevators didn’t work. I will return but will likely rent a different unit. The pool, area around the pool and beach access is beautiful!

Great place for a family of 4

This condo was a perfect fit for our family of two adults and 2 kids ages 11 & 7. The kids loved the bunkbeds and their own bathroom. The king size in the Master was nice for my 6’8” husband and I. The refrigerator was not working but they put in a smaller fridge to use until it gets replaced. I would recommend calling to see if it’s been replaced yet before you buy groceries as the smaller fridge was only able to hold all our drinks and a few snacks. The view of the pool and ocean were amazing. There is not a large table and chairs for eating on the balcony like the photos suggest but there is seating and I spent several night sitting on the balcony enjoying the sights, smells and sounds of the sea. Overall, we loved this condo and would recommend it to others. Thanks for a great stay!

Updated condo on the beach

Nice property with updated kitchen and bathrooms. Large balcony, great for outdoor dining and watching the ocean. Nice size for a family of four. Would recommmend.

Very clean unit!

This unit was extremely clean! It had everything you would need in the kitchen! Loved our short stay! The beach and pool are very nearby and the grounds are well kept and spotless too.

One suggestion we have for the elevators is that maybe you can put some kind of air freshener in there. It always smell bad in there when we got in. (Sweaty / fishy smell) Otherwise all was great.
