Destin vacay

The property was the perfect location from the beach. We loved sitting on the balcony and watching the waves crash in and seeing what else was going on around the property. The condo was exactly as listed, clean, and well stocked for guests. We definitely will be back again!

Easiest and Best Stay

Check in and out was a complete breeze. The stay was amazing. So relaxing. Room was spotless and clean top to bottom! Will be staying there again.

Great spring break

Awesome condo for me, my husband, son and mother. The condo was very clean and spacious. The view was beautiful. Great location to stores and restaurants. Easy walk across the street to the beach. Will definitely book again.

Beautiful Condo

This condo was gorgeous, and had a fantastic view. Pictures are exactly as it is. Great location, close to downtown but quiet enough. Also the private beach area is gorgeous. It is completely gated, all around the pools and building. Very secure. Definitely would go back to the same location!

Condo was ok. Bedrooms where very small and vanity in master bedroom was to small but it was nice to have 2 bathrooms. King bed was very comfortable but the pullout sofa was not. Needs a new mattress. Nice pool but would have liked some music and a hot tub.

Unit was advertised as a 2 bedroom. Not True. The second so called bedroom is nothing but a den. NO closet, NO dresser We - 2 adults- had to leave our clothing in our suit case or on the floor Double size bed, hardly enough room to get in and out of the bed. TERRIBLE.

Great Location but...

Everything great as in pictures. Easy access to pool, beach and the popular "Back Porch" restaurant. Only negatives-1) rent umbrella and chairs from 3rd party vendor for $50 for half day at the beach, 2) a really big negative is not enough shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion. 3) only provide enough for one load of washing and no dryer sheet 4) only one trash can bag. We called management service for more but they said "no". We had to go to the groceries store to buy more of these products. Bath towels were thin and not comfortable. This is a 2br/2ba and for the price we paid I expected a little better amenities. These products would not cost much and could boost their reviews to a 5 star. We spoke to other people staying at this facility and they said the same about lack of products. But overall, great stay and love the decor of the beachfront condo.

The property is nice for the money might need some upgrades but it has everything one needs

What really threw me off with my stay at Sterling Shores is that the listing said that the hair blower was included when in fact it was not. I was travelling with my mother so we did not take the hair blower knowing it was supposed to be included. After we checked in we realized that it is missing, so i called the reception and they told me they do not provide the hair blowers any more (there was no reason explained and no solution suggested) Instead of going to the beach and enjoy the ocean we had to rush to the store to urgently buy the hair blower to get ready for the dinner cruize later during the day. The message i sent to the manager about the hair blower remained not answered. I work in customer service myself and if we took such a “great care” of our customers at my job, there wont be many left. I got the impression that the managing company just does not care.
