The Space:

Bright, bold, and more than just a little beachy, this deluxe and colorful condo features a private, furnished balcony overlooking the gorgeous Gulf waters. The living room also overlooks the Gulf, with a sliding glass door providing a way to quickly enjoy the sights and sounds of the neighboring beach. The full, well-equipped kitchen includes everything you could want for cooking while you're on vacation, and the open concept of this condo's interior allows for plenty of opportunities to catch up with family and friends. Guests will also have access to on-site resort-style amenities including shared pools, a children's water play area, fitness center, and easy beach access.



You'll find a number of local attractions within a short distance of this vacation rental including the Shipwreck Island Waterpark, a little over two miles east, and the ZooWorld Zoological and Botanical Conservatory, only five miles away. St. Andrews State Park is just 10 miles east, while Gulf World is only a half-mile down the road. Some popular local restaurants are just a short walk from this condo.

Renting from Wyndham was a breeze. The condo was very clean and comfortable. We will stay there again.

Great condo on the beach!

Condo was great for my husband and I. We have stayed in the same building before and really like the location. It's walking distance to Sharkey's and Runaway Island, for dinner and drinks. We had a couple of hiccups when we arrived with some things, but the property desk took care of everything quickly and we were good to go.

Perfect spot for a vacation stay. Awesome beach view. From the condo. So many places in walking distance. If you don’t want to walk rent a golf cart and drive the streets to places you want to see! You will enjoy your stay perfect spot to be. Book your stay here you won’t regret it!

Fun weekend

Great stay, as advertised. Additional soaps in kitchen and toiletries would have been a welcome addition. Closet in master bedroom messy, blankets need to be laundered. Otherwise all was good.

Great Weekend

Spent a wonderful weekend in July at this condo with my family. We had a great time. The condo is beautifully decorated. Pictures are an accurate visual of the home. The view was amazing. The pool was beautiful and everything was clean. Easy check in an out. Close to many of your favorite locations in PCB. Only negative is parking was tight, elevators slow, and no fresh towels on the 2nd day.

Quick getaway

Informed management of slow draining tub and the sink with no pressure in guest bathroom on Monday. Was told no maintenance person on duty until Tuesday (?) but they would check it then. Used the shower Monday evening. Water still standing in the tub when we checked out on Thursday.

Nice condo 1007 between Sharkey's and Runaway Island

Modest condo that was very clean, decorated nicely, and a great view from the 10th floor. We liked this condo also because it had a king bed in the master, and a queen bed instead of bunk beds in the bunk room. We were impressed that the balcony was very spacious with seating for 6. Very convenient to Walmart and Target, as well as, Pier Park. Enjoyed the 2 chair beach service included with the condo rental. Also have free DVD rental from the property (although we did not take advantage of this during our stay). The 4 elevators ran often and moved quickly, except for Saturday check in. On that day, everyone is trying to check in at the same time so there was a wait to get on the elevator. Any negatives would be that we could never figure out how the TV synced up with the cable box. Parking spaces were a bit tight, however, it was nice that the deck is located under the building instead of a crossover. The sofa/chair in the main living area could be updated but not a deal breaker. The property itself was nicely maintained and a pleasant stay. Would definitely book here again.
